see what I can accomplish.
Accomplishments to be made This Summer
• I wanted to learn as much as possible about tasks being completed on site by the General Contractor.
• So we divided up my summer by placing me in different roles, either by week or by day.
- Safety and Quality Control- Laborer/ Carpenter’s helper
- Superintendent- Project Management
- Surveying

things• Organizing the office when
first moved into the space
Superintendent work with John and Kyle
• Knowledgeable about the project• Know how to deal with delays• Communication is key• Superintendent meetings weekly• Draw temporary wall plans • Estimating for materials needed

Project Management with Michael and Jef• Majority of the second half of my summer has been
spent under both of them where I have learned about:

• Set up total station• Shot in piles• Measured in piles
• Always be aware of surroundings. Their is a lot of machinery on site and not everyone operating is looking out for you.
• Try to be as knowledgeable about upcoming work as you can so you can help answer questions.
• That a truck is a lot more useful for construction then a car
