Essence of Survival

Developing strategic and strong partnerships through collaboration

Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up. It knows it must run faster than the fastest lion or it will be killed. Every morning in Africa, a lion wakes up. It knows it must run faster than the slowest gazelle or it will starve to death. It doesn’t matter whether you are a lion or gazelle…..when the sun comes up you’d better be running.

As it is in the animal kingdom, so it is in business world, only the strongest & smartest will survive!

Learn what isCompetitive Advantage

Simply stated: it is a factor that distinguishes your business from others, and makes customers more likely to choose your product or services over the competition.

Without a competitive advantage, your business has no unique method of drawing customers and growing the business.

How do I get Competitive Advantage

By accumulating and analyzing information on your business, customers and

competitors. With this information you can then make sound business decisions that

will give you the Competitive Advantage

The complexity of Enterprise Systems is in the utilization of the information they process

and accumulate!Companies know that if they are to survive and grow their business, they need to collect massive amounts of information from supply chain data to parsing customer behaviors and spending patterns.

CIO’s are being asked by their financial, marketing, and other business unit leaders to collaborate with them to make sure technology aligns with the company strategy. They are asking CIO’s for a solution that can help them gain insight about their customers and supply chain.

Companies are building Big Data Repositories, with the goal of giving nontechnical users the capability to query it for patterns and trends. They use this information to gain a Competitive Advantage.

What type of companies does Pace Solutions like

to work with?Pace Solutions normally likes to work with medium to large size corporations

There are basically two ways that Companies look at the Information Technology Infrastructure:Some companies look at their IT Department as a Cost Center supporting the activities within the organization. While the other group of companies look at their IT Department as an innovative group helping to drive the growth and success of the organization. The second group is where we spend our time because we can become a strategic partner with them in assisting them on how to address those specific business issues that can be solved through IT technology and then becoming a tactical partner in implementing those solutions.
