of course a big name to do it for you. If you need is unique of an extremely specialized

manner you require a specialist who takes a big care in custom designing machineries and

equipment for a big list of satisfied clients. But before you begin your search, remember, a

couple of small things you need to check out on.

A. Engineering & Design To carry out the work strictly in according with the drawing/specifications as provided by the client

and in conformity with the existing IS rules and regulations, Depending upon the clients

requirements.

B. Fabrication/Erection 1. To undertake fabrication as per drawings, get inspection done by the client and prepare Protocol

jointly in order to maintain the quality.

2. Further processing of work to final inspection and signing of protocol.

3. Testing with hydraulic, pneumatic methods etc. as per requirement of the client.

4. To carry out the nondestructive test (NDT) of welding and preheating columns if required to be

stress relived.

C. Material Procurement 1. Procurement of material from approved vendors/ manufacturers and as per clients Requirements.

(Before supply technical data sheets approval from the client)

2. Constant re-validation of the suppliers.

D. Material Inspection 1. To do the material inspection physically for dimension and defects, physical appearance, and any

visible defects etc., and to verify the material in accordance with the purchase order and standards

and as per approved technicalities (by the client).

2. Verification of property of materials, material quality through approved laboratories as per the

Specification.

E. Instrumentation 1. To perform calibration of instruments timely.

2. To calibrate dead wet testing for pressure gauge and other instrument.

F. Quality Apart from the above, quality being the constant mode of business expansion, we just can't ignore it
