Youth Day CampBoys & Girls | Ages 10-17 | All ability/experience levels welcome 2016 Dates: March 14, 16 & 18 (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) Half Day Camp: $250 (12:00pm-4:00pm) Highlights: The Perfect opportunity for any athlete trying to get the extra edge. Nestled on 13 acres in the very heart of Niagara area, campers will learn the prop-er ways to fuel, strengthen and utilize their bodies to obtain maximum success. Phyical training and assessments on Olympic Lifting, Power, Strength, Speed, Movement and Agility will be covered each day, as well as sport psychology, concussion education, yoga for athletes and regeneration techniques.
