Terms .................................................... Terms of the sale are cash or check to the clerk at the conclusion of the sale. Checks are to be madepayable to LEMLEY AUCTION SERVICES.

Possession ............................................ Immediately after the animal is sold, it will be the sole risk and responsibility of the buyer thereof, butpossession cannot be obtained by him until payment is made.

Certificates............................................ A certificate of registration will be furnished and transferred to the purchaser on each lot in the registered sale, excluding calves at side, unregistered steers and calves selling separately from dam. Application for registration will be provided for calves selling separately. Please give name, correct address and association choice when signing up for buyer number. No registration papers given on the non-cataloged cattle.

Health .................................................... Health certificates for interstate shipment will be furnished on all animals sold. All test eligible animals will have a 30 day Brucellosis and a TB test or be from a Certified Free Herd.Individual state requirements should be considered by bidders before purchasing.

Breeding Guarantee ............................ Breeder guarantees are strictly between the individual consignor and the purchaser at the sale. All calves are given the purchaser free and carry no guarantee.

Notice .................................................... The purchaser must look to the seller for fulfillment of all guarantees and representations made hereun-der.

I am grateful to Mike, to be able to honor him with this sale becausehe truly, as you all know, loved the longhorns and their breeders. Although he willnot be here to see this year’s sale and will be missed greatly, he will be with us inspirit. Mike wanted this sale to go on with or without him.
