EXPERIENCE

2005 – PRESENT CLEB BUILDING SCIENCE

Nicolas Bernier, as a senior Technologist, serves as technical consultant in

the field of building technologies (building envelope, waterproofing of roofs,

properties, durability and compatibility of materials and systems), and

continues to provide a variety of services similar in nature to those described

below:

Technical consulting and forensic expertise in the building envelope and

building regulations fields;

Technical assistance to expert witnesses in court;

Technical assistance in the preparation of the intervention program,

preparation of plans and specifications, field supervision;

Specific expertise in safety/obsolescence of existing buildings envelopes,

including development of remediation strategies;

Research in construction technology and building materials;

Development of non-traditional technical and investigative methods.
