GATHER YOUR CREW BOARDING

Make sure everyone in your group receives their ticket before boarding. From there, we’ll be glad to seat you all together.

Before boarding time, you can pick up your tickets at the booth near your boat. As you board, your group will have a chance to take a professional photo together. The prints will be available for purchase later in the cruise or at the end. Just like a restaurant, a hostess will greet you and take you to your table.

Settle in, meet your manager or server and get ready to set sail. If your cruise has a buffet, you can help yourself to the food at any time. If you’re enjoying a plated menu your server will take your order. Let them know if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies. Your server will check back with you throughout the cruise.

Whether it’s a plated meal or buffet, lunch or dinner – you can count on attentive service and delicious food. Our menus are tailored to the season and designed to delight.

No need to stay stuck in your seat. Feel free to explore the ship at any time – especially the rooftop lounges and outdoor spaces. Sip on a cocktail while relaxing on the outdoor deck, or snap a photo with the city’s skyline as your backdrop.

Typically there’s a DJ on each deck. Feel free to submit your song requests, and keep an ear open for the specialty dances.

Once the boat docks, no need to hurry off. Relax as you savor the last song, finish your dessert or get your boarding photo before our crew wishes you well.

Finish off your cruise with a delicious dessert. Those celebrating with us are often treated to something extra sweet.

While your party will always be

seated together, with a traditional

ticket you’ll be sharing your deck

with other groups. Private spaces

and decks are available to rent out

at an additional cost, or you may

consider chartering private yacht

Seaport Elite.

Our fleet can cruise in rain, shine

or snow all year round. Each deck

is climate controlled, and the

weather will not affect your cruise.

In the case of severe weather, the

ship may remain dockside for the

length of the event.
