System Integrity Management (SIM)

• It allows the client to consolidate it’s overall flange management within a single system and encompasses flange management, cleaning, inspection, testing & leak testing.

• Considerable savings can be realised in preparatory works due to electronic test pack compilation, storage & change system.

• EnerMech have developed a bespoke software package called SIM

EnerMech have made a significant investment in SIM to address many of the inefficiencies that are prevalent within the pre-commissioning / shutdown activities:

• Inaccuracy of test packs (manual recording / typing of line / valve / joint No’s

etc)

• Length of time taken to engineer TP’s due to manual input

• Changing TP limits / updating P&ID’s results in re-engineered and rewritten

• Paper TP’s cannot be re-used, modified or re-issued for similar scopes

• Existing flange management systems are not user friendly or “life of asset”

• No real time “up to date” progress monitoring on major projects
