IGNOU Regional Centre Dehradun Independence Day Celebration 15 August 2015 All the Academics and Staff members of the Regional Centre attended Flag Hoisting Ceremony on the occasion of Independence Day in Regional Centre premises. Paying tribute to freedom fighters of India, Regional Director appealed all the staff members to understand the value of freedom which is earned through a century long struggle and with countless sacrifices made by our forefathers.
