horsepark. If you are interested in helping maintain, design or
gather information, stay tuned for a website meeting in January.

FUN SHOW NEWSWe are looking for a new fun show committee for the
2016 season.
A special thanks to everyone that helped make this year a
success. A special thanks to Kim Sturgeon and Crystal Rosenberger
for their hard work for the last two shows of the season and the
banquet.
I also want to thank Chris and Christan Bish, Vicky South, JoAnn
Anthony, Lisa Blaskovich and everyone else that pitched in and
helped this year. It could not have been done without all your
help.

Opening the park for 2016 February 23 or March 1 at Garda's
Restaurant. More details to come. Contact Wes Jackson for

BIDS BEING ACCEPTED FOR 2016Bids are being accepted for the
following positions for the 2016 season. Bids are due by February
28 and will be awarded at the March meeting. All positions will be
treated as subcontractors and will receive a 1099 for tax purposes.

Kitchen: to be open during events at CCHP, must provide proof of
liability insurance to CCHP and be certified in food handling
safety. Proposed menu to be included in the bid.
Stall Cleaning: Must clean stalls and aisle ways after each
event, clean manure pits at rear of barns, and camping areas as
needed after events. The job must be completed by Wednesday of the
following week. Equipment is available for use in the cleaning;
however, you must be a member of CCHP to operate the equipment due
to insurance regulations. Must provide CCHP with proof of
insurance.
Grass Mowing: mowing to be done on an as needed basis determined
by CCHP. Mow all camping areas, entrance to the park, around barns
1, 2 and 3, kitchen area, around bleachers and weed whack around
all buildings and trees. Must provide own equipment and proof of
insurance
Park Liaison: Responsible for enforcing park rules and
regulations. Must be available for all events at park. Must be able
to work well with others. It is the job of the park liaison to
ensure the cleanliness of the shower house and restrooms during
events. Generally oversee the operation of the park during events.
Clean the Clubhouse, restrooms and shower house at the conclusion
of the event.
CALENDAR OF EVENTS
We are working on the Calendar of Events for the year. We are
seeking members who are willing to chair the following events:
• Poker Ride• Judged Pleasure Trail Ride• Obstacle Challenge•
Among other events that
interest you.
These events cannot take place without volunteers stepping up to
the challenge. If you are willing to chair an event, please contact
a board member or attend the next meeting in January 2016
Junior Board
We will resume the Junior Board meetings at 6pm prior to the
regular board meeting on January 12th.
All members under the age of 18 are welcome to attend. Members
14 - 18 can hold offices and vote, but we welcome all junior
members to be an active participant in the park events.
