To enter by mail, mail in your valid email address, complete name (first and last, no initials), telephone number, valid street address (P.O. boxes not permitted) and ZIP code : Raycom Sports – Havoline Sweepstakes, 1900 W. Morehead Street, Charlotte, NC 28208. All mail-in entries must be received by March 4, 2015. The Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for mail-in entries that are lost, stolen, not received, destroyed, damaged, misdirected, illegible, inco mplete, fraudulent, late, or postage due, all of which will be disqualified.

Limit 1 entry per person for the duration of the Sweepstakes regardless of the method of entry.

To be considered eligible for the Grand Prize, completed entries must be entered electronically through the Website or via mail as described in the paragraphs above, in each case, during the entry period with all information required for Sweepstakes eligibility and administration purposes. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned. The information you provide will be used for the purposes of the Sweepstakes administration. Entries generated by automated means are void. If it is discovered that an entrant has registered or attempted to register or enter using multiple email addresses or multiple identities, all of that entrant’s entries will be declared null and void, and any prize he/she might have been entitled to will not be awarded. 4. Selection of Winner. There will be no more than one (1) Grand Prize winner. While a potential winner will be selected in the manner described below, there is no guarantee that he/she will be confirmed in accordance with these Official Rules in a timely manner. If no potential winner is so confirmed, there may not be any winner of the Grand Prize. If you are a student-athlete, by entering, you agree that the Sponsor and Administrator and Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any disciplinary action, suspension, probation, or any other punishment taken by your university or sports association for any conduct or behavior related to the Sweepstakes. On Thursday, March 5, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern time, one potential Grand Prize winner will be selected at random from the qualified entries using an independent auto -generated selection process available at http://www.random.org/integers/. Administrator will begin to attempt to contact the potential winner on 3/5/2015 by phone at the phone number submitted with his or her entry form. Upon notification, entrant must provide proof of identity and his/her address and complete and submit a “Contestant Agreement to Participate” form supplied by the Administrator, the completion of which form must be videoed and witnessed on the same day it is supplied. If a potential winner cannot be reached within 24 hours of the initial phone call, or if he/she is found to be ineligible, or if he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules (including timely completion of all required forms), of if he/she refuses the prize, such potential winner may be disqualified at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, and an alternate potential winner may be selected from all qualified eligible entries received. A potential winner must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. A potential winner is not an official and confirmed winner until he/she has completed, signed and returned all required documentation, including, but not limited to, Contestant Agreement To Participate (videoed and witnessed), a liability release and affidavit of eligibility, and, except where prohibited, a publicity release, and the eligibility of the potential winner has been verified. The prize must be accepted as awarded in the name of the winner and may not be transferred or assigned prior to pick-up, or exchanged and has no cash surrender value in whole or in part. All such forms, except the “Contestant Agreement to Participate,” must be received by Sponsor within two (2) business days after being sent to the potential winner. Sponsor, Administrator and Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for

documents not received within the required timeframe. All decisions of Sponsor , Administrator and/or their designees shall be binding and final. 5. Prize. There will be no more than one (1) Grand Prize awarded. This Grand Prize will consist of round trip air fare for two (2), one (1) room for up to five (5) nights, March 10 – 14, 2015 at Sheraton Greensboro Hotel at Four Seasons 3121 High Point Road at I-40 Greensboro, NC 27407, official hotel of the ACC Tournament, two (2) tickets to up to fourteen games of the 2015 ACC Basketball Tournament at Greensboro Coliseum, two (2) Guest passes to Raycom Sports hospitality suite, two (2) tickets to the 2015 ACC Men’s Legends event, the opportunity to watch a semi-final game on Friday, March 13 with Gas Monkey Garage owner, Richard Rawlings, AND to shoot a Half Court Shot during halftime of the second semi-final game for a chance to win $1 million. The number of hotel nights and the number of games attended as part of the Grand Prize will be based on when the confirmed winner fulfills all requirements set forth in these Official Rules and arrives in Greensboro. No more than the number of prizes advertised herein will be awarded. The Half Court Shot The randomly selected winner CANNOT choose another person to participate on his/her behalf. Winner shall not be permitted any practice, warm up, or qualifying shots at any time after his/her notification of participation in Grand Prize until the actual prize shot. This prize is not open to (i) current or former professional or semi-professional basketball players or coaches who have played or coached at that level anywhere in the world; (ii) current or former college or Olympic basketball players or coaches who have played or coached at that level anywhere in the world; or (iii) current or former high school basketball players or coaches who have played or coached at that level anywhere in the world in the past five (5) years (includes Freshmen, Junior Varsity, and Varsity for both men and women). Contestant is allowed one (1) attempt to successfully shoot a regulation basketball (circumference of 29.5”) through a regulation size basketball hoop from NCAA/NBA half court distance which measures no less than forty one feet nine inches (41’ 9”) from the shot location to the center of the basketball rim. The rim of the target hoop must not be less than ten (10) feet above the floor. The ball cannot bounce off the floor once released for the shot attempt. No part of the contestant’s body or clothing may come in contact with the demarcation lines prior to releasing the ball. Any such contact shall constitute a foul and the shot will be considered to be taken and missed. Two representatives of Administrator must serve as witnesses and shall supervise the Half-Court Shot. VIDEO AND INVESTIGATION The random selection and notification of the potential winner, the potential winner signing the “Contestant Agreement to Participate” form, the winner’s shot attempt, and the winner’s body position in relationship to the demarcation line, the flight of the ball, and the basketball passing through the hoop will all be recorded on video for prize verification purposes. Upon a successful shot, there may be, if deemed necessary by Administrator and Sponsor in their sole discretion, a reasonable investigation into the winning shot, which may include, but will not be limited to, an interview and polygraphic examination of the winner. By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to cooperate in any investigation for prize verification purposes. If a successful winner is found to be in violation of any of these Official Rules, the winner will forfeit his/her prize.

If winner resides within 150 miles of Greensboro, NC, ground transportation may be substituted in lieu of air transportation at Sponsor's sole discretion. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein (including, but not limited to, ground transportation between initial point of departure and airport, airport and hotel and hotel and the ACC Tournament games, meals, tips, etc.) are solely the responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. All travel must be taken on the dates specified by Sponsor; no alternative travel dates are available. All travel is subject to availability, blackout periods, government restrictions and regulations, hotel, airline, airport or other transportation terminal (or other types of transportation) restrictions and regulations. Other restrictions may apply. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for cancelled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled events (including airline flights, games) beyond its control. Travel guests must sign and return a travel release before any ticketing or travel occurs. Winner and guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g., a valid U.S. driver's license) required for travel within the United States. Winner and travel guest must travel on same itinerary. All minor guests (under age of 18) on trip must be accompanied at all times by minors' parent or legal guardian who must be the winner. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the travel, lodging, game tickets and hospitality portion of the Grand Prize is up to $7,500 USD, depending on winner's point of travel origin. Approximate Retail Value of the Half Court Shot attempt is $0. If the winner is successful in making the basket in compliance with these Official Rules and meets all other eligibility requirements as described in these Official Rules, he/she will win $1 million payable in the form of a 40 year annuity. The winner’s performance will be videoed by Sponsor or Administrator. The Approximate Retail Value of this portion of the Grand Prize for a successful Half Court attempt is $1,000,000.00 USD.

6. Odds of Winning. The odds of being selected to attend the event and participate in the Half Court Shot depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winning the $1 million is contingent on successful completion of the Half Court Shot.

7. Prize RedemptionThe Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes or any portion thereof for a prize of at least equal value in the event of unavailability, or for any reason whatsoever. The Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible if the prize is lost, stolen or mutilated and the prize will not be replaced. The value of the prize may be taxable as income. All applicable taxes, fees, duties and surcharges on the prize and/or the redemption thereof are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner must agree to provide required personal information to the Sponsor and/or Administrator in order to generate tax documents, if required. Winner and guest agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor, Administrator, their employees and agents from and against any liability for such taxes.

9. General. By participating, entrants agree (a) they have complied with and agree to be bound by these Official Rules; and (b) to release Sponsor, Administrator, The Atlantic Coast Conference, Rawlinger Holdings, LLC , Gas Monkey Garage, and Richard Rawlings each of their subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, including without limitation their advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability , loss or damage incurred with respect to their participation in this promotion and to the awarding, receipt, possession and use or misuse of a prize; and (c) to use of his/her name, portrait, voice, city of residence as

contemplated by these Official Rules and for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in connection with the Sweepstakes without compensation (unless prohibited by law), including but not limited to the prize awarding moment, which may be featured on the video board at the ACC Tournament; and (d) Sponsor, Administrators, The ACC, and the other sponsor(s) of this promotion may provide entrant with promotional materials and that Sponsor may release entrant's personally identifiable registration information to the other sponsor(s) for that purpose. By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that Administrator and Sponsor are not responsible for the use of entrant's personally identifiable information by the other sponsor(s). All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. 10. Limitations of Liability. Each participant, as a condition of participating, releases and agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, Rawlinger Holdings, LLC, Gas Monkey Garage, and Richard Rawlings, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, related companies, advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, successors and assigns from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person(s), including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or participation in any Sweepstakes related activity, or participation in this Sweepstakes. The winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to his/her prize after it has been delivered. Neither Sponsor, Administrator nor any participating promotion agencies or prize providers are responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions, lost, late, damage, misdirected entries, incomplete or inaccurate capture of entry information (regardless of cause). Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for contacting any participant if that participant has changed contact information and failed to provide Sponsor with the proper contact information when such information is required. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for any reason which Sponsor and Administrator, in their sole opinion, deems could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes and/or these Official Rules, in whole or in part, and if possible, to select the contestants from entries received prior to the action taken or as otherwise may be deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor and Administrator. Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; or to be acting in any manner deemed by Sponsor and Administrator to be in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in any manner deemed by Sponsor and Administrator to be unsportsmanlike or disruptive, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person or interfere in any manner with any aspect or portion of this Sweepstakes. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed, copied, or like entry methods, will void all such entries by any methods, and will disqualify any participant using such methods. Additionally, Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right to prosecute any fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law. Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right to modify, terminate or suspend the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules, in whole or in part, if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond their reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes as determine d by Sponsor and Administrator in their sole discretion. IN NO EVENT WILL SPONSOR, ADMINISTRATOR, ANY PARTICIPATING PROMOTIONAL COMPANIES OR PRIZE PROVIDERS, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENTS, AFFILIATES,

SUBSIDIARIES AND RELATED COMPANIES, THEIR ADVERTISING OR PROMOTION AGENCIES OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR AND ADMINISTATOR RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. 11. Arbitration/Choice of Law. Except where prohibited, participants in the Sweepstakes agree that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, or the administration of the Sweepstakes or the determination of winners, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration, to take place in the U.S.A. pursuant to the Rules of the American Arbitration Association, (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstance will a participant be permitted to obtain awards for and participants herby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participant(s) and sponsors in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of California without regard to conflicts of law doctrine. 12.
