Membership Fee Levels: 1st level membership fee applies to the purchase of one membership. When a Family or Company purchase more than one membership, the membership fees are reduced to 2nd, 3rd or 4th level respectively per membership based on the number of memberships purchased. Memberships purchased at Pacific Links properties in any region will count towards the membership fee reduction for companies and families. Example: ABC Company wishes to purchase one membership in Las Vegas and one membership in California. 2nd level pricing will apply to each membership. The next purchase of a membership for ABC Company will be eligible for 3rd level membership fee pricing of the Club joined. Companies and Families purchasing 4 or more memberships will qualify for additional membership purchases at 4th level. If a company or family purchase 1 membership and within one year purchase more memberships, the first membership fee will be adjusted to reflect the appropriate level pricing based on the additional memberships purchased.

Financing: All Membership Fees may be financed interest free over the terms of your agreement. A deposit is due upon joining with the balance paid equally over the period of time as determined by your Club. Memberships are not binding and may be cancelled anytime with 30 days advanced notice with no obligation for the balance of the membership contract. Membership Dues are billed monthly. Monthly installments are due the 1st of each month and are set up for automatic processing of the payment by credit card or as a direct debit from a bank account. Membership dues can also be paid annually with a due date of January 1 each year (monthly amount x 12).

The Food and Beverage Minimum is an amount Members are required to spend on food and beverage purchases per half year. The first half of the year is January 1 – June 30. The second half of the year is July 1 to December 31. Food and beverage purchases (including alcohol) made at any Pacific Links property will count towards the reduction of the minimum. Food and beverage purchases must be billed to the Members' account to count towards the minimum. Any unspent minimum at the end of each half will be billed to the Members' account. Taxes and Gratuities are additional and do not count towards the reduction of the food and beverage minimum.

Pacific Links GoLf networkNetwork Member privileges include access to all Pacific Links Owned, Affiliate and Reciprocal Clubs with a booked round of golf. Members play Pacific Links Owned and Affiliate Clubs subject to a cart and/or caddie fee (if applicable) which includes use of a cart, range and clubhouse services. Furthermore, Members enjoy a significantly reduced green fee when playing Clubs in the Reciprocal category. Network Members may play each Network Club (with the exception of TPC/Heritage group Clubs) up to a maximum of three (3) rounds per 365 days with a maximum of six (6) total rounds per 365 days being played inside the Member’s primary residential region. Access to TPC/Heritage Group Clubs is restricted to Clubs outside the Member’s primary residential region and to a maximum of one (1) round, per club, per 365 days. Residential region is defined as 100 miles (160 km) from the Member's primary address.

Members are entitled to the same use privileges of the membership category elected and can take advantage of extended financing terms and reduced monthly dues up to age 40. Membership Fee financing is available with a 10% deposit due upon joining and the balance spread over 120 monthly installments, interest free. Monthly dues and food and beverage minimums are according to the following scale: Under Age 30 = 60% x full dues and food and beverage minimums; Age 30-34 = 70% x full dues and food and beverage minimum; Age 35-39 = 80% x full dues and food and beverage minimum. corPorate membershiPA Corporate Membership is available to a bona fide legal business entity. Membership Fee discounts are available for golf memberships when more than one is purchased by a company (refer to Membership Fee Pricing Chart). One designated user is assigned per membership with the designated user being a bona fide director, officer, partner, shareholder, member, manager or employee of the Corporate Member. The designee enjoys full membership use privileges of the Membership category (Full Golf, National, Sport Social, Dining) and is subject to the applicable monthly dues and food and beverage minimums. Both the designee and the Company are jointly responsible for the fees and charges incurred by the designee. The Corporate Membership is owned by the company and transferrable to another qualified designated user upon request by the company and subject to a re-designation fee. The designees spouse and unmarried children under the age of 25 are entitled to the same use privileges as the Member (some restrictions apply).

sPort sociaL membershiP Sport Social Members are entitled to unlimited use of all the Clubs facilities including fitness, tennis courts, swimming pool, spa and any other available recreational amenities (facilities vary by club). Members can also take advantage of a full complement of Social activities and events including but not limited to themed parties and specialty dinners, social gatherings and group outings. Members have access to the golf course and may book and play up to six rounds (per registered family member) per year upon payment of the Member Guest rate and cart/caddie fee (if applicable). Members may bring guests for these golf rounds and subject to the applicable Member Guest and cart/caddie fee (if applicable). Tee time bookings subject to availability. Access to the driving

range and practice facilities is available with a booked round of golf. The Member’s spouse or “significant other” and their unmarried children under the age of 25 are entitled to the same use privileges as the Member (some restrictions apply).

DininGDining Members have access to the dining and any non-golf related social functions of the Club. The Member’s spouse or “significant other” and their unmarried children under the age of 25 are entitled to the same use privileges as the Member (some restrictions apply). Dining Members do not have access to any recreational, sport or golf facilities.

home cLub tee timeaccess PrioritYIn order to protect Members’ access to tee times at their Home Club, the Director of Operations at each property will designate tee times for Home Club Members only during high demand periods. The high demand periods will vary by Club and are defined by the Home Club Members’ playing patterns. Initially, limited Associate Member times are available during high demand times leaving more availability to Home Club Members. More times are released to the Associate Club Members if Home Club Member bookings are slower than anticipated.

Links2GoLfbook tee timesBooking tee times is all about convenience and service. Links2Golf is Pacific Links centralized tee time service providing a one stop shop for all your needs. Tee times for all Pacific Links, Affiliate and Reciprocal Clubs may be arranged by calling Links2Golf. For your convenience courtesy phones are also available in each of our golf shops providing direct access to Links2Golf. TPC/Heritage club tee times are booked by calling the TPC Passport Line directly.

tee time reserVationsPAcIfIc LINks cLUBs - Members have 8 day advance booking privileges into Home Club protected tee times and 2 month advance bookings to unprotected tee times. Tee times at all courses are arranged by calling Links2Golf centralized tee time reservation system to a maximum of two tee times per phone call. For your convenience a courtesy phone is available at each Pacific Links property. When booking tee times, Members are required to provide the name of each person in their group in order to eliminate double bookings by Members (thus leaving valuable tee time inventory for alternative Member bookings).

AffILIAte cLUBs/INteRNAtIONALRecIPROcAL cLUBs – Members enjoy 2 month advance booking privileges. Some restrictions apply.

GoLfinG GuestsThrough Links2Golf, Members may reserve for up to 7 guests at Pacific Links owned clubs. Tee times are subject to availability and the Member Guest Fee applies. Requests for additional golfing guests may be made by contacting your Clubs' Director of Operations. This applies to your Home Club or Pacific Links Associate Clubs. The frequency of the same golfing guest is six times annually. However, out-of-town golfing guests of a Member may play an unlimited number of rounds with the Member, upon payment of the guest fee in any two week period, once per year. Guests must be accompanied by the Member unless prior arrangements are made with the golf shop.
