audience to succeed online, but that isn’t the case, sure if you can

muster up a massive audience then you will of course; Make more

money.

Niche markets are a perfect starting point for anyone looking to

make their first dollar online but it doesn’t stop there.

Once you make a move into a niche market you can continue to

stack up a nice residual income, often for years to come.

That may sound like a ridiculous subject or niche for a website or

part of a website and yet it receives 4000 – 5000 unique views per

month due to interesting content; which ranks high on Google…

There’s nothing special about this site, nothing at all, just interesting

content with links and banners scattered throughout.

To be honest I haven’t really done anything with this site or a ton of

others just like it for quite a while; apart from add new content every

now and then.

And yet they continue to generate passive income month after

month

How much do they make… well nothing ground breaking but these

little niche related sites make anything from $50 - $500 every month

Niche marketing is how I first made money online after failing

miserably with everything else I tried.

And I still do it… because it just works.

Evergreen markets – do it once; get paid for years

Nearly everything I do or teach is based around evergreen niche

markets and niche marketing because; at the end of the day when

the dust settles on the latest fad, loophole or product launch…

People will still need a solution to that nasty back acne or those

painful Hemorrhoids.

And where are they most likely to search for a solution?... The

internet of course.

Niche Marketing isn’t rocket science either; a simple little WordPress

site based on a specific niche offering useful and helpful content like

the one above is all you need.

The Way I’m Going In 2015

Better still, and this is the way I’m going in 2015 is one site based

around a broad niche containing sub niches, I’ll explain a little more

in a while but let me just state that content is the key to making

Niche Marketing work.

Content marketing

Great content is how you become a great Niche Marketer; you can

use it in so many ways but let’s keep things simple for a moment…

1. You have a blog in an underserved niche

2. You add helpful posts on a regular basis

3. Each post contains one or maybe two links to an offer

4. You rank high pretty quick because competition is low and your

content is good

5. You have the attention of that Perfect Audience and a

percentage of your readers buy through one of your links

6. And it continues because the niche is evergreen and there will

always be people looking for a solution to that problem.

It’s basic blogging for profit with a Niche Twist.

Weird Niche Content

The fact that you are now reading this PDF means you have access to

at least some of my Weird Niche Content packs.

Each pack focuses on one niche and includes the following:

But you probably already knew that didn’t you, so let’s talk about

how you use the packs and how you make money.

Old Way

For a long, long, long time the rule was:

1. Buy a niche related domain

2. Build a niche related site

3. Add content

4. Add links

5. Throw in some backlinks

6. Make money

7. And move onto the next niche

I’ve used and taught this method myself, I still use it and it still works

but there is a better way.

You see if you use the tried and tested method above sooner or later

you’re going to run across the flaws.

Let me explain;

Its time consuming, it’s boring, it’s difficult to maintain lots of sites,

the sites are content thin and so they suffer in terms of ranking after

the many Google penalties and updates, etc, etc…

Sure the old way still works –But its hard work

However; there is a better way (I hinted at it above)

New Way

The Authority Site

Forget buying domain after domain and setting up site after site –

Build a Siloed Authority site instead, If that sounds complicated,

don’t worry it isn’t.

One domain and one website – That’s it

Here’s how, look:

Let’s assume you have 3 Weird Niche Content packs, each one is a

different niche; so you have 3 sub niches; see above where it says

‘Back Acne’ ‘Hemorrhoids’ ‘Urticaria’ & ‘Eczema’.

Then from each of those sub niches you build out your silo tree (see

the example).

The silo doesn’t have to be intricate, big or clever as long as it’s

related it will work.

Scheduling

All you have to do is load up the content from each pack add your

affiliate links where you want and schedule the posts to go out at

predetermined intervals (whenever you like).

Do the same for each pack and you’re done.

If you have the starter pack of just 3 niche packs and schedule just 3

unique posts a week you have enough content for 6 weeks which is a

great starter for your Authority site.

If you have more than just the 3 packs or you want faster results

simply schedule to post more often… once, twice, three times a day!

And Now for the Magic

Each time you add a post you are effectively bolstering your existing

posts, by interlinking the silo and linking to other sub niches you

reduce bounce rates, which in laymen’s terms simply means people

stay on your site longer.

And for those of you who don’t know; reducing bounce rates and

providing a good user experience is vitally important today.

Because the content targets niche markets it often ranks for some

phrases quickly, these phrases draw the attention of anyone

interested in that specific subject and so your visitor numbers grow

and when this happens, then other posts and the whole site begins

to benefit.

There really is little point in trying to game Google – This is

completely White Hat and Google Love it.

There are many websites which are doing this very thing; I now do it

myself… Here’s a screen shot of the type of site I’m talking about.

Summarize

Let me summarize this for you: Instead of running around like a

headless chicken trying to balance lots of sites you simply

concentrate on one site.

There is no need to game Google… In fact I would strongly advise

against it when building out a site such as this.

Content is Key, and you now have the best weird, embarrassing,

desperate niche content resource in the business.

Content Backlinks

Each niche pack we supply comes with 300 spun and unique articles,

and here’s a great way of using them.

1. First of all you’ll want to add the content to your site, with your

affiliate, CPA, product referral links.

2. Once you have your content loaded up on your site you can use

the additional (spun) versions of the content as content

backlinks.

3. Post unique versions of your content on article sites…

But article sites don’t work anymore do they?

Well that kind of depends how you look at them. Sure the old article

marketing methods are pretty much a thing of the past.

As such most people don’t bother with article sites…

But here’s the thing… they are highly valuable

Domain authority of more than 80%... Backlinks like this are

spectacular, but most people have moved on because they think

article sites are not worth their time.

As you can see, they are.

Note: Don’t post junk and don’t use auto-posters. You only need one

or two of these sites linking to each piece of content to make a huge

difference.

Tips:

Check out each piece of content before posting to sites.

Ideally use and edit a spun version of a different article to link to the

article on your site

Example:

1. Use: Article 1 on your site

2. Use: Spun version of Article 2 on article site

For best results you should link to content and not to the main url.

Example:

Link to Article 1 on your site: www.yoursite.com/Article1

Instead of…

Linking to www.yoursite.com

Linking from any third party site should be done on relevancy.

Think about it, it makes perfect sense.

An article about urticaria will be relevant if it links to a URL which has

further information related to urticaria, and eventually your site will

be rewarded for having relevant content based backlinks.

On the flip side

An article about urticaria that links to the main URL which has details

of many niches is not so relevant, not so good and so the rewards in

terms of ranking will be thin to non-existent.

Or

An article about urticaria that links to a URL which has information

related to Kitchen Renovation - do I need to spell it out… Look out for

the google slap; believe me it’s coming your way if you build

backlinks like this.

More Content Backlinks

I don’t want to make this little PDF any longer or more complicated

than have to.

Content is king

Relevant content backlinks from high domain authority sites are

perfect.

The little checklist I mentioned above (for article sites) use it on

Facebook, G+, Wordpress (free), Hubpages and a hundred other sites

which have huge domain authority.

Why not turn parts of the content into PPT videos and put on

YouTube.
