Foreword

The core focus at M A N J & Associates is helping real business people

to succeed in business and it is our experience of doing this for our

clients throughout the India which gives us such great insight to enter

competitive market place over the past few years.

One of the key findings from our recent survey into the issues facing business owners is that, while the economic environment still presents some challenges for Indian business, many valuable lessons have also been learned. As a result, most of them have businesses which are striding forward as profitable and smooth-running entities. That said, there’s a strong feeling that the Government could offer more support by removing barriers to business, such as over-zealous legislation and increasing access to funding. Central to this thinking is the burden

imposed by recent changes to different laws. Manoj Chaudhary, FCA.

Manoj is founder partner of M AN J & Associates. He has been involved in

all aspects of the Firm's activities and supervises the expansion of the

Practice. He is responsible for guiding the Firm's business strategy and

directing business development and operation.

Manoj is a keen reader, habitual walker and avid music lover. Spare time is

taken up with family and childcare.

Nitesh Delvadiya, FCA, DISA.

Nitesh graduated from the S. P. University in 2004. He was then articled to

PWC and qualified in 2008, becoming a Founder Partner in 2011. He has

dealt with a wide range of clients and many different types of situations.

His experience includes the audit of Public Companies in the

Manufacturing sector and working with Price Waterhouse Coopers as

Associates. He is vastly experienced in the field of internal audit and risk

assessment.

He has been involved in the steady growth of the Firm since incorporation.

He is also responsible for the Firm's compliance procedures, and he drafts

policies and procedures for and on behalf of the Firm.

Vijay Ranparia, ACA.

Vijay qualified in 2008 and became a Partner in 2012. He has gained

experience in many aspects of general practice and has a special interest in

personal and corporate tax planning. He advises clients, starting from the

initial set up to the final accounts and tax return fillings. He has

considerable success in representing clients at hearings before the Income

Tax Authorities.

In recent times, Vijay has noticed an increase in the number of companies

wishing to convert into LLP. He has advised a number of clients on the

corporate and taxation issues arising from establishing a LLP.

Jignesh Vora, FCA.

Jignesh qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2008. He was admitted to

Partnership in 2012. In addition to responsibility for general practice

activities, Jignesh has developed his expertise in the fields of Corporate and

Personal Taxation and Business Finance and has been involved in advising

clients on a number of significant transactions where his knowledge and

practical experience have been fully utilised.

Chetan Jethva, FCA, DISA.

Chetan joined the Firm in 2012 and, having completed his Articles from

PWC, qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2008. He brings a clear

perspective to technical and business issues and is able to develop

comprehensive and innovative solutions to the problems faced by our

clients. His experience includes the audit of Public Companies in the

Manufacturing sector and working with Price Waterhouse Coopers as

Associates.

Ajit Kanasagara, FCA.

Ajit qualified in 2008 and became a Partner in 2014. Whilst he runs a

general practice portfolio, his primary specialist skills lie in the field of

Income Tax. He puts his expertise to work with the provision of tax

compliance and planning services to individuals, Partnerships and

Companies and has extensive experience dealing with the Income Tax

Department at all levels.

Mahendra Bhalodiya, FCA.

Mahendra qualified in 2008 and became a Partner in 2014. He has gained

experience in many aspects of general practice and has a special interest in

personal and corporate finance. He is expert in providing clients with

services in the area of obtaining of finance, succession planning and exit

strategies.
