1. When should I book my group outing?In general, you should book your group outing as soon as possible. Our group outings are very popular, so inventory sells out quickly.

2. What if I need help in making my decision? Call your group representative.We realize that booking group outings is new to some. That’s why we’re here to help. We’ll make sure we create the outing that fits your specific needs.

3. How do I pay for a group outing? Booking a group outing with us is extremely easy. In fact, you can do it over the phone. Give us the information, and we’ll set up your event. We do require a 10% deposit at the time of reservation. The balance is due 45 days prior to your group outing.

freQuentlY ASked QueStiOnS4. Where does my group park? Parking is $10 upon your arrival. Or, you can pre-purchase parking passes for your group for $5 per car through your group representative. Suite rental includes parking passes.

5. Can my group tailgate? Yes, you can tailgate. You will need to pre-purchase parking spaces through a group representative. Parking lots open two hours prior to game time.

6. What type of catering do you offer? No outside food or beverages maybe brought into Dr Pepper Ballpark. However, all hospitality areas include catering. We also have All-You-Can-Eat group tickets starting at $17.

7. Do you have fundraising opportunities?Yes, we do. It typically consists of your group or organization purchasing tickets and then re-selling them to raise money for your cause. Call us and we can assist you with this process.

8. What does Preferred Buyer mean?When you become a group leader, you have the opportunity to purchase group products for the next season in advance of the general public and attend special events.

9. What time do gates open? Or when should my guests arrive? Gates open one hour prior to the scheduled start time.

10. What if some of the tickets are not used? Unused tickets can be exchanged for a comparable ticket to another game based on availability. Tickets purchased Sunday-Thursday will only be able to be exchanged for a Sunday-Thursday game.
