• Department Manager/Supervisor will submit forms for Assignment and External Separation– Manager or Supervisor overseeing the project will submit

the Assignment forms– No additional paperwork is required

• When Consultant moves to another project, but still the same Manager or Supervisor

different Manager or Supervisor

• iPads are equipped with WiFi and Cellular Data Access

• District 8 has plans that all consultant field inspectors and supervisors will be equipped with similar equipment

• Immediate access to PPCC– PPCC is in all contract let after October 1– Access to all Submittal, RFI, SOS and Other

• Ability to take pictures and email immediately to a Supervisor

• Access to email from anywhere on the job

• Access to MC Docs– All Plans for that project– Current Specs and Standards as they relate to that

project– All and any pubs relative to the project
