SPONSORSHIP PROSPECTUS

The Australian and New Zealand Society of Neuroradiology (ANZSNR) is seeking sponsorship and contribution towards our 2015 Meeting.

The ANZSNR conference is being held at the Crown Conference Centre at the Crown Promenade Hotel in central Melbourne from March 21-22, 2015.

This year’s meeting will take the form of a two-day didactic diagnostic neuroradiology

refresher course covering brain and spinal imaging. Internationally recognized neuroradiology expert, Professor James Smirniotopoulos (Maryland

USA) is our invited key note speaker and will give a number of lectures utilising radiology- pathology correlative approach. In addition there is an extensive expert local faculty.

We have also secured the involvement of Radiopaedia.org and will be introducing an exciting and innovative interactive component to this year’s meeting.

As always, the Meeting will be an excellent opportunity for members and industry to come

together and, based on the level of interest expressed so far, we anticipate an extremely strong attendance.

ANZSNR makes every endeavor to remain MTAA compliant. Sponsorship funding is used for speakers, venue hire, programming and offsetting compliant costs for members only. ANZSNR

maintains full control over the academic program and diligent use of sponsorship for delegates and invited speakers only.

Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (RANZCR). The Society is

open to radiologists or other clinicians with an interest in Neuroradiology, Interventional

ξ Publicity and benefits can only proceed when Confirmation of Sponsorship has been

received, a tax invoice issued and payment received

ξ Registration of company attendees will be done separately upon confirmation of your

sponsorship. All exhibition staff (complimentary or otherwise) must be registered

ξ Exhibition space and sponsors packages will be allocated strictly in order of receipt of

application form and payment

ξ If you are entitled to host an endorsed private function, you do so at your own expense

and at a time/date we approve

ξ You will be responsible for any reasonable costs of repairing the display or premises

should any damage be caused to either

ξ Exhibitors and sponsors are responsible for arranging appropriate insurance cover in

connection with their attendance at the conference, including loss, theft & liability. ANZSNR, NC Events and the Crown Melbourne can not be held liable for any loss, liability

or damage to personal property

ξ You must hold a current broadform liability insurance policy for a minimum of

AUD10,000,000. A request for the name of your insurer, your policy number and its renewal date will be issued. This information will be required prior to the conference

commencing

ξ The extent of acknowledgement of the sponsor should be commensurate with the level

of sponsorship (monies, goods or services) received, and as outlined in the sponsorship proposal

ξ Sponsorship exclusivity of an event or activity, unless otherwise stated in the sponsor

proposal is not guaranteed I acknowledge and accept the Terms & Conditions and am authorised by my Company to
