1) Log in screen
The link for the KPI portal test system is as follow:

Exhibit 1
The user should log in with his/her email id and password shared by DICV. Admin provides access to email id and
password for new user. In case, the user forgot his/her password, admin can reset the password once informed.
2) Data Entry
By clicking the “Data Entry” tab on the front page (shown in Exhibit 2), the page will be directed to the KPI’s for
data updation.

2.1 0-KM Supplier PPM
Exhibit 3 shows data entry for the 1st KPI.

The user can change his/her password by using “Change Password” link. The user can access user manual
by using “Document” link next to “Change Password”. All the document revisions will be found under the
“Document” link.
Through “Navigator” user can navigate to different KPI’s for data entry
The “Country” field is non editable field and it will show the country of the user. Current year will be displayed
by default but if user wants to see the data of the previous year then drop down selection is available. The YTD
target and actual should to be entered manually at the moment.
The user can enter data of previous month as only that field is editable rest all will be non-editable. After data
entry, user needs to select “Traffic colour” manually using drop down selection - Green: Below target Yellow:
within target + 5% and Red: above target + 5%. If the Traffic Colour is Red then automatically “Comments” box
will pop up where user can write comments on red status of KPI with target date of completion and issue

responsible person. There is also option for “Attachment” next to comments column where user can attach
any related document. After updating all the data, the user can click on “SAVE” option to save the data.
2.2 Section Audit – QFL3
Exhibit 4 shows data entry for the Section Audit –QFL3 KPI. The user can use the necessary drop down to update
the data of the related KPI whether Cabin in white or Paint shop or Engine tear down or Transmission tear down.
Rest all the data entry is similar to the explanation provided for the “0 KM Supplier PPM”

2.3 First Time Through – Vehicle Assembly
Exhibit 5 shows First Time Through – Vehicle Assembly KPI. After selection appropriate drop down selection, the
user can update the KPI data and save. The explanation for data entry is same as “0 KM Supplier PPM”

2.4 Product Audit Score – QFL4
Exhibit 6 shows Product Audit Score - QFL4 KPI. After selection appropriate drop down selection, the user can
update the KPI data and save. The explanation for data entry is same as “0 KM Supplier PPM”

3 Analysis
The user can go to KPI analysis from the Home page by selecting “Analysis”. If the user is in the Data Entry
section and if he/she wants to go to Analysis then he/she needs to select “Home” link on the top of the screen.
Exhibit 7 shows the “Overall KPI status” page where user can select more than one KPI for downloading in the
form of PowerPoint.

3.1 KPI Dashboard
Exhibit 8 shows the “KPI Dashboard” page where user can view all the KPI’s actual data with respect to target
data and previous month data. Based on previous month data, upward and downward arrow sign is shown in
current month data.

Exhibit 9 shows the overall trend for the particular year when selected from the dropdown list. The legends are
shown in the chart. The top 3 measure/comments show the measure for the current/latest month.

4 Admin
The user can go to Admin option from the Home page by selecting “Admin”. If the user is in the Data Entry section
and if he/she wants to go to Admin then he/she needs to select “Home” link on the top of the screen.

4.1 Responsibility Master
Exhibit 14 shows the person responsible for the particular KPI. Not all the users will have access to the particular
master. Only one person from each country can access the “Responsibility Master” and assign responsibility for
each KPI. After assigning the responsibility it will be visible in the KPI power point and charts.

4.2 Datasource Master
Exhibit 15 shows the department/function that is responsible for giving the data for particular KPI. Only one
person from each country can access the “Data source Master” and assign data source for each KPI. After
assigning the responsibility it will be visible in the KPI power point and charts. New data source can be added at
any point of time

4.3 Model Master
Exhibit 16 shows the model list for the particular country. Addition of new model is possible by clicking of ‘Add’
button.
