The sound or sounds uttered through the mouth of living creatures, especially human beings in speaking, shouting, singing etc.

But… Attempts, such as SoundCloud are basically taking audio from other formats like radio shows and putting them on the web. Audio being created is not shareable in the

same way as a visual or video or if it is, it does not feel like a natural action.

TECHNOLOGY CHANGING OUR BEHAVIOUR

With the launch of products like the iPhone, and greater accessibility to the Internet we have become more and more connected with our phones, laptops, tablets etc… In daily life we see

it happen everyday and do it ourselves. Rarely are we without some kind of device.

WE NEVER LOOK UP

Now engage in dual behaviour. We are engaged in conversation but with our phones or laptops. We are always on the hunt for communications. Talking but interrupting

that talk.

THE VOICE AS A POWERFUL COMMUNICATOR

The voice carries the essence of the person much more effectively than a photograph or a video because there is that sensory experience of that persons voice vibrating against your ear drum but also, the way someone speaks is so of

the person - the nuances, the catches of the breath.
