AbstractThis paper contains the ideology of Sankalp. It explains the need of such NPO and impact it is going to create on society.I. Introduction According to reports released in 2014 there are 25.11 million people unemployed in India and 23% of India's art has already extinct .So to reduce the impact of both the issues on our society Sankalp aims to create jobs for the unemployed while reviving our lost art.II. SANKALP

A. Aim: It is a non-profit organisation to which provides training to the unemployed people, farmers and womens of creating the lost arts of india like kashmiri carpets,zardari of haryana.

B. Objectives: Creating jobs for millions.

Reviving India's lost crafts.

Building middle man free network

Women empowerment

As our 25.11million people are unemployed , we aim to provide skill training them.The crafts or goods prepared by them will be sold in cities and forign countries . A network will be prepared to sell these items with minimum number of stages of transport of goods thus reducing middle man charges which increases craftsman profit by 50%. craftsman who gets 20% of item value will be getting 70% of the value.

As more and more villages joins under organization we tend to produce a single good from a particular area thus making that area known for that quality product.

As the profit gain per item increases the profit earned by women will also increase thus helping women to have stable financial life.

C. Benefits: Decrease in unemployed Youth. Empowerment of Women.

Creating a network to have Future benefits.

As network spreads more people will get employed thus reducing the risk of people getting motivated for crimes. As they get job and start earning they will start having faith in government and they will not be motivated for life in terrorism or other criminal activities. Sankalp will also provide job opportunities for classes which are not respected in our country like untouchables and kinars which will create social stability.

As the network of people builds it will become easy to aware the people about any future advancements in their market and the research which needs to conveyed.
