Gonvarri Steel Services acquires a 51% of Turkish company Cepas

Madrid. – January, 28th, 2014 – Gonvarri Steel Services, leader in steel service centers, has acquired the

51% of shares of Turkish company Cepas.

Cepas was founded in 2003 and has a strong presence in Turkish market, both in the sectors of

construction and road safety.

With this acquisition, Gonvarri Steel Services has made a major commitment to the Turkish market. From

Cepas’ factory in Turkey, GSS will attend the European market for road safety, hot-dip galvanizing and

other steel products such us steel construction, transmission Towers and Lighting Poles, with particular

focus on Eastern Europe and Germany, Middle East and North Africa.
