Enclosed, please find supplemental materials for the Benjamin Tasker ~fS application. The

carrier's RF engineering department is providing these supplemental propagation maps for

clarification purposes based on comments made at the ITFCC meeting on April 16, 2014. The

RF engineers ran these models using the VZW WPM clutter model provided by actual recent

field drive data. As a result the modeling provides a more precise and detailed coverage analysis

and need for the area.

The second set of plots provided relate to in home coverage that includes a projected loss of -3

dB. Verizon arrived at this number by calculations from a vendor ~fobile Access). The

vendor's data notes that drywall counts for -2 dB of clutter loss and pl) wood counts for another -

B of clutter loss.
