A CHANGE FORHONDURAS

We can believe starting withfaith.

It is believing in the certaintyof things that cannot be seen.

To be a believer and aChristian it is somethingwhich is absolutelynecessary.

But without faith it isimpossible to please Him, forhe who comes to God mustbelieve that He is, and that He

is a rewarder of those whodiligently seek Him.

God will reward those whocannot see him, and yet stillshow a strong desire to findhim When we talk about faithit is referring to someone whois certain about somethingwithout actually seeing it. As

Jesus indicates, the more faithyou have the more you canachieve.

So Jesus said to them,“Because of your unbelief; forassuredly, I say to you, if youhave faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain,‘Move from here to there,’ andit will move; and nothing will

be impossible for you.Matthew 17:20

So nothing would beimpossible for the man whohad faith.

But it can be argued that if wehave faith then we should be

able to achieve anything wewish. But as John point out thisdepends on God’s will.

Now this is the confidence thatwe have in Him, that if we askanything according to His

will, He hears us. And if weknow that He hears us,whatever we ask, we knowthat we have the petitions thatwe have asked of Him. 1 John5: 14-15

If God’s will allows it, then wecan do amazing things withour faith. But we must alwaysremember that faith will neverallow us to change God’sdetermined will. However, weshould always remember thatwithout human faith many ofthe events in the Bible wouldnot have happened.

FOR THE PEOPLE WE CAN HELP INHONDURASThere are allot of children outthere and they need help. and howcan we help them, by praying forthem and help them to believe inthem self and grow them up tobecome a leader.

HELPO ONE ANDOTHER IS A GREATEXPERIENCEI have shewed you all things, how

that so laboring ye ought tosupport the weak, and to remember the words of theLord Jesus, how he said, It ismore blessed to give than toreceive.

A leader's job is not to do thework for others, it's to help

others figure out how to do itthemselves, to get thingsdone, and to succeed beyondwhat they thought possible.

Agreat frind of my one sayis not about denominationits about building thekingdom of god.

Help others and givesomething back. I guaranteeyou will discover that whilepublic service improves thelives and the world aroundyou, its greatest reward is theenrichment and new meaningit will bring your own life .

We know what real love isbecause Christ gave up hislife for us. And so we alsoought to give up our lives forour Christian brothers andsisters. 17 But if anyone hasenough money to live well andsees a brother or sister in needand refuses to help - how canGod's love be in that person?18 Dear children, let us stop

just saying we love eachother; let us really show it byour actions.

OUR GENARATION WILL MAKE ACHANGEORGANIZATION

This and is my dreamorganiza a children programwere mission team, can comeand do there ministry meetnew people share the world ofgod with and help then andwork them and help them tobecome a leader.

A lader job is not and easy job,

there are allot ofresponsibility.

We all show leadership atsome times in our lives, somepeople find that they are inleadership roles for most oftheir lives. The most obviouspeople in leadership roles aremanagers in companies. In

the church it would be the“elders”. They makedecisions in the guidance ofthe company / church. However, there are manyother people in leadershiproles at various times. Forexample, if a person is put incharge of a committee thenthat person is the leader ofthat committee. The

committee may be the welfarecommittee and the person putin charge of the committeemay be the leader because heor she had shown greatwisdom in dealing withwelfare issues in the past. Ifyou are a Sunday schoolleader then you are the leaderor person in authority over

that class of Sunday schoolstudents. You are ultimatelyresponsible for the studentslearning about the Bible. Andso the list of leadership rolesthat we all take at variousstages in our life goes on.

FOR EXAMPLEMOSES AS A LEADERMoses was a leader, and hewas a good one. And we arefortunate that some of hisgood leadership tips wererecorded for us to learn andapply in our own lives at thosetimes when we are leaders. For Moses to lead the nationby himself was an incredibleburden. He realised that he

could not complete the task byhimself. As nations grow theybecome increasingly morecomplex – the same happenswith organisations andchurches. The bigger theorganisation becomes, themore conflicting needs anddisagreements arise amongstthe people. It is difficult for

one leader to make all the -decisions. In a similar way toMoses, you may have aninstinctive inclination to try todo all the work alone in theparticular area that you areleader over. This may bebecause you are afraid orembarrassed to ask forassistance. In relation to this,Moses made a wise decision:

At that time I said to you, "Youare too heavy a burden for meto carry alone. DeuteronomyCh.1:9

ABOUT LOVE

For God so loved the world thatHe gave His only begotten Son,

that whoever believes in Himshould not perish but haveeverlasting life. John 3:16

The love of God is sacrificial – His love is not self-centred. Heloved us so dearly that he gaveus the life of His Son – thehighest price that he couldpay. Jesus, in turn, willinglygave his life so that we couldseek reconciliation with God.In a similar manner, we mustbe willing to give up our owncomfort and security so thatothers might join us inreceiving God’s love.

I say to you that likewise there

will be more joy in heavenover one sinner who repentsthan over ninety-nine justpersons who need norepentance. Luke 15:7

We see the extraordinary loveof God when we read that Hetenderly searches for sinnersand then with joy forgives

them. This is the amazinglove he has for each one of us.

The love of God is beyondmeasure and is forever.

For I am persuaded thatneither death nor life, norangels nor principalities norpowers, nor things present nor

things to come, nor height nordepth, nor any other createdthing, shall be able toseparate us from the love ofGod which is in Christ Jesusour Lord. Romans 8:38-39

No matter what happens to us,no matter where we are, wecan never be separated fromthe love of God. When thetimes are tough some peopleare driven away from God,when in fact this is the timethat they should be coming toHim and seeking hisimmeasurable love for us.God tells us how great his loveis so that we will feel totallysecure in him.

HONESTY ANDRESPECT

Is it important to be honest? In today’s society honesty andintegrity are difficult to find.Society rationalisesdishonesty – it is consideredas something necessary to getby in this world.

Lies will soon be detected andthe liar is deceiving himselfto think otherwise.

Dishonest people soon beginto believe the lies they buildaround themselves. Then theystart to lose the ability to tellthe difference between truthand lies. By believing yourown lies you are deceivingyourself. But you also alienateyourself from God, and you

lose credibility in all yourrelationships with otherpeople. If you lie to otherpeople then theirperception of yourintegrity drops toa low level. Inthe long run, honesty alwayswins out.

Above all, mybrothers, donot swear — not by heaven orby earth or byanything else. Let your "Yes"be yes, and your "No," no, oryou will be condemned.

A person with a reputation forexaggeration or lying oftencan’t get anyone to believehim on his word alone. Youshould never become likethat. Always be honest so thatothers will believe yoursimple yes or no. By avoidinglies, half-truths, andomissions of the truth, you

will become known as atrustworthy person.

When you want to please orimpress someone, it istempting to lie to makeyourself look good. You maythink it is easier to tell theother person what they wantto hear. Sometimes tellingthe truth can lead tosomeone doing something

terrible to you. ObeyingGod (not telling lies),doesn’t always protect usfrom evil consequences.Obedience may, in fact, provoke them. But it isbetter to suffer from man’s displeasure than from God’swrath .

Do not be afraid of thosewho kill the body but cannotkill the soul. Rather, beafraid of the One who candestroy both soul and bodyin hell. Matthew 10:28

And let us consider how we may

spur one another on toward loveand good deeds, 25 not givingup meeting together, as someare in the habit of doing, butencouraging one another — andall the more as you see the Dayapproaching.

The gift of encouragementdiffers from the gift of teachingin that it focuses on the practicalaspects of the Bible. Whereasone with the gift of teachingfocuses on meaning and contentof the word, along with accuracyand application, one with the giftof encouragement focuses on thepractical application of theWord. He or she can relate toothers, both in groups andindividually, by understandingtheir needs and sympathizing

with them. This person can helpanother person move frompessimism to optimism.

Without encouragement, hardship becomes meaningless, and our will to go on wanes. Theprophet Elijah struggled withdiscouragement (1 Kings 19:3-10), and so do we. It is importantto remember that “our struggleis not against flesh and blood, but against . . . the powers of thisdark world and against thespiritual forces of evil in theheavenly realms” (Ephesians6:12). This truth makesencouragement all the moreimportant. It is not just that weface the world’s displeasure; weare caught in the crosshairs of aspiritual battle. When we areencouraged in Christ, we havestrength to put on our spiritual

armor and remain steadfast (see

Ephesians 6:10-18).

Sometimes we might get worndown such that we could use alittle encouragement to keep usgoing. As Isaiah 35:3 says,“Encourage the exha usted, andstrengthen the feeble.” But it isnot just those who have beenexhausted who needencouragement, butencouragement should be aregular part of life amongbelievers. Hebrews 3:13 says,“But encourage one another dayafter day, as long as it is stillcalled ‘Today,’ so that none ofyou will be hardened by thedeceitfulness of sin.” There is nota day that goes by that we couldn’t benefit from someencouragement or that we shouldbe lacking in giving someencouragement to others.Encouraging one another mattersbecause it keeps us from beingdeceived into sinning. When we getexhausted and in a weakened, worndown state, it is easy to give into sinand stop resisting the devil’stemptation. When we are tired, sometimes we decide that we don’tcare anymore, and our sensitivity to

wrongdoing lessens.Encouragement keeps our focusright. It lets us know that we are notalone but that others are supportiveof us, praying for us, and caring forus. We need to be active inencouraging one another so that wecan keep motivating one anothertoward love and good deeds(Hebrews 10:24-25).

TOGEHEER WE ARE STRONG

WE CAN DO IT JOING THERACEOur lives can be influenced by thefriends that we have. That is why wemust be able to identify who are goodfriends and who are bad friends. Whatis a friend? It is a person who wants tobe near another because of feelings ofaffection or personal respect.

LEADER SHIP CAN HARD

Leadership skills are important, good, and necessary. Those who lead ought tobe able to inspire, cast vision, administrate, delegate, organize, anddo all the rest that comes with theterritory of being a leader. But all theskills and abilities in the world arenothing unless God is at work mightilyin and through the leader. Biblicalleadership is not a power play, but a

work of grace.

It is not about worldly success andachievement but about faithfulness, theteaching of the Word of God, and theshepherding of the home and those

whom God puts under the leader’s care.Whether in obscurity or popularity,Biblical leadership is always the same, deriving the ability to bear spiritual fruit

which carries spiritual influencebecause of a heart dedicated and

ommitted to Christ. The firstroblem with all of the stuff that’sut there on leadership is that weaven’t got a clue what we’realking about.” We typically thinkf the leader as being the persont the top. “But if you define aeader as an executive, then youbsolutely deny everyone else inn organization the opportunityo be a leader. ”

Many of you want to be leaders,o make a difference. But you

might be spending too much timeelf-marketing and not enoughime researching, buildingridges by taking an interest inomeone…In true leadershipituations, listening comes beforerm-wav ing.”

Another way to explaineadership and love is that, justike a shepherd of sheep, leaderseed to keep focused on serving

he needs of the people theynfluence. They should help themo grow spiritually, mentally, motionally, socially, and inhysical health. They shouldupport their holistic health as ahild of God.

Do you want to become a greateader in God's eyes? If so, then

make it a real priority to leadwith love. Take some practicalteps toward becoming a moreoving leader. Ask God on a dailyasis to help you be motivatedy love for others, and to lead inloving way. Prayerfully readver the following scriptures onove on a regular basis, and

meditate on how they apply to

your life (1 Corinthians 13; 1Corinthians 16:14; Romans 12:9-21; Romans 5:8; John 3:16). Thenapply to your life what Godshows you. Don't give up. Keep

working on it and you will growas a loving leader.

Leading others with love iscrucial to the kingdom of God. It

will make the Church a brighterlight in this darkened world. Therefore, let us resolve tobecome more Christlike in ourmotivations by leading others outof a concern for their well-being,and let us practice our leadershipin a loving way. Let us humblycome before God, and ask that byHis grace we may walk as Jesus did, humbly and lovingly serving others.

As we do these things, we will byGod's grace change the world.

EVEN STRONGER DR.TEMP

Yes, we all can and should beleaders in some way, but do you

want to become a great leader? How does God look at yourleadership now? Will it stand thetest of time? Will it endure the

judgement of God? No matterhow successful you think youare, you may be completelymissing the mark. And that is the

case when you are not leading with love.

Some friends can have a goodinfluence on us whereas otherscan influence our lives in thewrong way – they can affect ourbehaviour and change our beliefs.

When God looks at our friends hedoesn’t look at their personalityor appearance but rather atwhether they are a good influenceon us.

Human beings were created to besocial creatures, meaning that weare most comfortable when wehave family, friends andacquaintances. Friendship is animportant element in a fulfilled,

contented life, and those whohave close friends, whether oneor two or a multitude, will usuallybe happy and well-adjusted. Atthe same time, those who callthemselves our friends may causeus grief and hardship, constantlydisappointing us. So what exactlyis a friend, and what does theBible have to say about friends?

On the positive side, friends canconsole and help us when we are

in trouble, as when Barzillai theGileadite consoled David when hewas being hunted by Saul (2Samuel 19:25-26) or when

Jephthah’s daughter’s friendsconsoled her before her death(Judges 11:37-38). A friend mayalso rebuke in love, proving morefaithful than a hypocriticalflatterer (Proverbs 27:6). One ofthe greatest biblical examples offriendship is David and Jonathan, son of King Saul. Jonathan’s

loyalty to his friend, David, exceeded that to his own fatherand his own ambitions (1 Samuel18:1-4; 20:14-17). So attached wasDavid to his loyal friend that, after Jonathan’s death, Davidwrote a song to him, a tributefilled with heart-wrenchingpathos (2 Samuel 1:30-32). Theirswas a friendship closer thanbrotherhood. In the NewTestament, many of Paul’s lettersbegin and end with tributes to his

friends, those who ministered tohim, supported him, prayed forhim, and loved him.

Friendship can have its negativeaspects as well. Supposed friendscan lead us into sin, as when

Jonadab persuades Amnon to rapehis half-sister, Tamar (2 Samuel13:1-6). A friend can lead usastray in regard to our faith, asthey sometimes did in Israel, leading others to worship falsegods (Deuteronomy 13:6-11). Inthose days, such an act waspunishable by death. Even if our

friends do not lead us astray, theycan provide false comfort and badadvice, as Job’s friends did, making his suffering worse anddispleasing the Lord (Job 2:11-13,6:14-27, 42:7-9). Friends can alsoprove false, pretending affectionfor their own motives anddeserting us when our friendshipno longer benefits them (Psalm55:12-14; Proverbs 19:4, 6-7).Friendship can be broken downthrough gossip (Proverbs 16:28) or

grudges (Proverbs 17:9). Friendsshould be chosen carefullybecause, as Paul told theCorinthians, “Bad companycorrupts good character” (1Corinthians 15:33).

Proverbs 1:10-19 and 4:14-19contain warnings about friendsand how we should choose them.

We are not to associate with thosewho entice us to do wrong, nomatter how appealing their

“friendship” seems to be. Thosewhose “feet rush to sin” should beavoided. The path they choose isno place for a Christian whosechoice should be to follow the“path of the righteous.” Only thatpath leads to friendship with God,which is the ultimate goal of aChristian.

FRIEND IS THERE FOR YOU
