program to raise money or new

7. What does Preerred Buyer mean?Whenyou become a group leader, you have theopportunity to purchase group productsor the next season in advance o thegeneral public, as well as attend specialevents. This gives you priority access toselect the game that fits your groupsschedule best.

8. What time do gates open and whenshould my guests arrive?Gates open onehour prior to the first pitch. I your groupis in a suite, contact your representativewith all questions regarding specialaccommodations, such as early arrivalor pregame suite setup or any meetingstaking place in the suite prior to whengates open.

9. Will my group be recognized during thegame?Yes! All groups will be recognizedon the centerfield video board duringthe game. 3. How do I pay or a group outing? Booking

a group outing with us is extremely easy. Inact, you can do it over the phone. You giveus the inormation, and well set up yourevent. We do require a reundable deposito either 10% or $100, whichever is less, atthe time o reservation. The balance is due30 days prior to your group outing.

4. Where does my group park? Thereare a variety o public parking options inthe Bricktown area. Talk to your group

representative in advance o your eventabout the option o pre-purchasing parkingpasses in our Red Lot or $5 per spot,but keep in mind that space in this lot isextremely limited.

5. What type o catering do you offer?There are a variety o catering options tochoose rom, with packages available togroups with as ew as 10 people. Be sure to
