was well attended and the day actually got a little warm. Not as warm as the weather man predicted but not many
were wearing coats at the end of the day. Our High point winners took home a Horse Welcome door mat. Thank you
all for coming and I look forward to seeing everyone at the show on March 29th.

one brave rider-over-poles! Should be a great fun year!

We had a Barrel Race last weekend, 5 riders showed up for it; it was a very nice day and everything went great. For the Weaverville ride, at the Junction City arena and campground, Tim will prep the arena. Costs will be reduced since we are not using the lower area. Old Business – None New Business – Poker rides are illegal to run now without a license. The state will start selling non-native licenses in the next year or so and need to clear the road. Our poker ride will now be a scavenger hunt. We still need donations for the scavenger hunt and raffle. Audra was contacted about a disabled kids program; they are looking for cowboy clothes for donations so the kids can dress up when they get to ride horses. We can collect the clothes and the region would just have to pay for postage to send the clothes to them. Good of the order – ADJOURN – Debbie makes a motion to adjourn, Audra seconds all approved.
