The Embassy Suites Greenville Golf Resort and Conference Center is pleased to provide you with this special proposal for your Family Reunion. We will assist you in the coordination

of every detail, to ensure that your gathering is a most memorable time!

We are an ALL-SUITE hotel that offers 268 spacious two-room suites featuring…

• A private bedroom with your choice of one King size bed or two Double beds • Embassy Essentials Bedding Collection designed by Robert Allen and paired with Serta Suite Dreams mattresses • Separate living room with sofa bed and well-lit work area • Wet bar, microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator • Crabtree & Evelyn bath amenities • Two telephones with data ports • High Speed Internet Access (available in your suite at $9.95 per day) • 2 Flat Panel Televisions



We are happy to offer your attendees a Special Group Rate based on the dates of your

stay. Your Sales/Catering manager can quote the pricing for your group.

• Group Rates require a minimum of 10 room nights used by the group*** • Rate includes a full breakfast buffet with cooked-to-order omelets daily and a nightly evening manager’s reception offering complimentary beverages, cocktails and snacks

• Group/Guests responsible for incidentals • Applicable sales taxes will be applied (currently 10%) • Check In is after 3:00 pm and Check Out is before 12:00 pm • Complimentary Airport Shuttle Service • Complimentary Parking • Discount at The Preserve at Verdae – Our on-site 18-Hole Championship Golf Course • Indoor and Outdoor Pools (children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult and “Adult Swim” starts at 10pm until 12am) • Fitness Center (must be 18 years or older to utilize the Fitness Center)

***Please be advised, you will be financially responsible for unsold suites if the actual suite usage falls below 80%

of your contracted suite block. If the 80% actual usage is not realized you will be charged for the difference

between the actual suites used and 80% of the contracted block. ***

If you would like to have a common space for your attendees to gather, we also offer

“Hospitality Suites” at a special rate (based on availability). Our “Hospitality Suites” include a bedroom and are not only spacious, but very functional with an area that includes a table

with seating for six.



We have created packages designed to make your planning a breeze! Each package will include the following items in the ‘per person’ pricing: • Room Rental for Private Banquet Space • Dance Floor • Staging • Podium with Wired Microphone • Additional Audio Visual items are available at a small rental fee • Arrival day Registration Table in our beautiful open-air Atrium including lemonade & water
