Logistics Information
• Interpreters will be assigned to the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel and those working the board meeting will be at the Fairmont
• Dress code during seminar: Business

• The DGE and their guest will pick up their translation unit during DGE Registration. They will be able to keep their unit for the duration of the Seminar.
• They will receive a receipt once they return their unit on July 4.

Interpretation Equipment
• The Lunches will have assigned seating that will be the same for all three days (July 2-4).
• Please remind the DGEs in your classroom to confirm their lunch table assignment in the DGE Pocket Guide.

DGE Only Lunches
• Shuttle Service will be provided to transport from the Sheraton to the MTCC.
• Seating is by their DGE Classroom Group Number
• LCI provides for the DGE and one guest. If they want to bring other friends or family members, they will need to purchase a ticket for $95.00 USD each at the DGE Ops Office before July 4.
