PURPOSE:The Convention Accounting and budget Committee shall be responsible for the

1. Pre-register and on-site registration of all Symposium Participants and Papers to be presented at the event

2. Develop the Theme for the Symposium, Review and accept and recommend improvement where necessary

3. Review the strategic quality and value added of all symposiums materials to the Conference

4. Coordinate an on-site message board and participants/hospitality lounge area
