    PAYMENT SCHEDULE

    This payment schedule is based upon the event date and estimated passenger count listed in the proposal above. Each

    periodic future invoice will reflect any changes to passenger counts, room types and optional items. Please meet your room

    list submission dates and keep your counts as accurate as possible to avoid late add fees and/or cancellation charges.

    Prompt payment of the updated amounts on the following dates will be greatly appreciated.
