2. MASS : Fr. Poten is asking to give P 60,000.00 for all the officiating clergies, P 5,000.00 for the CHOIR, P 25,000.00 MEALS for the visiting Priest, P 10,000.00 for the DIANA ( 1st day of the Novena, 6:00 pm vesper day on Jan 11- we are requesting all the HERMANOS to join in the Diana and on the feast day of Jan 12 procession, and turn-over of the Sto. Nino to the next hermanos).

Please take note: Fr. Poten is requesting all the HERMANOS for a meeting on November 8, 2013 @ 5 pm for the finalization of the plans and other related activities..

3.For the CHURCH decoration, this includes the CHRISTMAS DECO of the church which will start on Dec. 16 up to the Sto Nino celebration on january 12. We will hire somebody to do the decorations for us.

4. For the PLAZA AND GATES, we will make 3 ARKOs this will be placed in the entrance @ Brgy. Salvacion, Sta. Clara and in the main gate of the church plaza.

5. FIREWORKS & BALLOONS - each day of the Sto. Nino novenario, and for the balloons, we will order personalized and shaped balloons with helium, these balloons will be released after the Sto Nino Mass on january 12.

6. GET-TOGETHER of 2 batches on january 11- Friday, MEALS for the hermanos on sunday and SNACKS for the VICTORY PARTY.

7. SOUVENIR T-SHIRT & CAP - 200 pcs for the 2 batches and this is c/o Dennis Lustico.

8.OTHER MISCELLANEOUS EXPENSES to be incurred by the different committees aside from their respective budgets.
