• Evaluation: Practice mark at the end of semester:• Oral exam at practices, theoratically being prepared

for own patient’s treatment• Result of tests written at the practices• Result of two midterm exams: must be min. grade 2

(that is min. 50 %!)!!!

• Level and quality of practical work• Assissting• Being late (more than 25 % of time = absence)

• Refusal of signature (= repetition of semester), if:• Practice mark is fail (1)• Absence more than 25% of practices (more than 3

times!)• Lack of one documented and by the teacher

• Index:• Practice mark: given by practice teacher on

last practice of semester, in Neptun

• signature: indexes will be taken by practice teacher to room 705, floor VII., can be taken next day 8-10 in the morning

• index administration afterwards only 8-10 every morning: floor VII., room 705.

Clinical Practice

Student cannot treat patient, if:

• student is not in Neptun system• student is theoratically not prepared for

treating own patient• patient is not registered at patient

reception• patient is not in national healthcare

system

• One condition of signature is minimum two passing marks (2) at both midterm exams

• being prepared theoratically and practicallybeing present at practices min. 75%

• The midterm is a 20 minute exam at lecture• Using any aiding methods means disciplinary procedure, an

invalid test and a fail (1) on the midterm exam

• 1. midterm: 7.week of semester:• topics of the first 6 lectures of the semester

• 2. midterm: 12. week of semester• topics of the 7-11. lectures of the semester

• Midterm exam retake: on 13. week• topics if the 1-12. lectures, • only for those who failed any of the midterms
