WewelcomeyoutothisnewSustainabilityReport,inwherewewouldliketosharewithyouourtriplebottomlinereviewoftheyear.

2013wasagreatyearforGlobant:InJanuary,whilethe company was celebrating its 10-year-aniver-sary,WPPgroupjoinedasapartner,acquiring,onemonthbefore,aminoritystake,andthusstrength-ening our leading position as innovative softwareproduct creators. The acquisition of Huddle com-pany, togetherwith the growth of our teamhiringover1300Globersworldwideandgeneratingnearlyathousandinnovativetechnologicaldevelopments,underpinsthepathofgrowthandexpansionwesetforourselves10yearsago.

During2013,newmarketsinothercontinentsandindustrieswereopened,andAgilePodswereimple-mented.It isaninnovativeworkmethodologythataims at improving our results, promoting Globersexpansion and our customers’ satisfaction. Weclosedtheyearwithremarkablegrowth,andreve-nuesofmorethanUSD158million.

WewerealsoincludedamongtheTop10mostin-novativecompaniesbyFastCompany,pickedbyRe-vistaMercadoasoneofthe10bestSustainabilityReportsof2012,andachievedthehighestratingincustomersatisfactionsince2003.

Wewillcontinueworkingtobecomethebestcom-panydevelopingthemostinnovativesoftwarepro-ductsintheworld.However,wecanonlydothisbypayingspecialattentiontotheenvironment.Wearelivingintimesinwhichweconsume1.5timesmorethanourplanetcansupport,andinsocietieswheremorethan12%ofyoungpeoplebetween15and24neitherwork nor study. This represents over 73.4millionjoblessyoungworkersworldwide1.

Webelievethatcompanieshaveanimportantroleinsociety,thereforeatGlobantwehavedefinedwor-kingsustainabilityacrossallareasofthecompanyandnotjustcarryingoutCorporateSocialRespon-sibility (CSR) activities. Topmanagement decidedthatCSRwastobetransformedintoaSustainabilityarea,andtheSustainabilityCouncilwasconsolida-ted,givingitgreaterinternalentity.

ThisallowedustorenewourcommitmenttotheUNGlobalCompactandachieveourfirstGRI-G4reportin less than a year after the new guidelines werepublished.

Webelievethatchangeispossible.Webelievethattheuseoftechnologywillimprovepeople’squalityof lifeandwill helppreserve theenvironment,notonly in the long term,but in thenext three tofiveyearsfromoursector.Webelievethatthepromotionofworkculture,entrepreneurshipandinclusionofallpeoplearenecessary,inwhichGlobanthasmuchtocontribute.

Weknowthatthereisalottodo,butwiththisthirdSustainabilityReport,wewanttoshareoureffortstoaddvaluablecontributionandleaveopentheco-mmunicationmechanisms in continuous listeningtoneforsuggestionsandconcerns.

ABoUt tHE rEport

With this report, prepared following theG4guide-linesof theGlobalReporting Initiative,weseek tosimplify the reading by highlighting all the issuesof our sustainability framework and detailing theproposedapproach, themanagementmodelused,theperformanceachievedduring theyearandtherelatedindicators.

In terms of content, a larger number of indi-cators are included, and the focus is placedon the matters that generate the greatest im-pact and where Globant has a greater influence.

Thankstotheinformationgatheredinthefirsttwopublished reports, our Sustainability Council setout to improve the sustainable management ofthecompany,workingwiththevariousinternalar-eas as well as dialoguing with our stakeholders.

Thisyearwefocusedontwocoredepartmentsofthebusiness:RecruitingandPeople,andtwosupportingdepartments:FacilitiesandProcurement.Thegoalwastoapplyasustainabilitycriteriatotheirdailyactions:

As for the Recruiting department, we started a training process for managing diversity, which will continue in 2014 for its consolidation.

In relation to People, a community involvement plan was designed and educational and corporate volunteering programs were developed, which allowed us to have a greater degree of participation among employees. We hope to increase the commitment of different offices and Globers with their communities during 2014. Regarding Facilities, we reorganized the initiatives aimed at protecting the environment, enabling the area to take the lead in the subject of increasing reductions in energy consump-tion per capita. In the fourth quarter, we began working with a value chain in the department of Procure-ment, which led to a supplier’s survey, the adherence of some of these companies to the Global Compact principles and the incorporation of social suppliers. This work will continue throughout 2014.

We believe this new structure provides greater transparency and facilitates the selective reading to each of the audiences for which it was designed.

Finally,theworkwithoursupplychainisstillincipient.Theroadstarted in2013,althoughpositive,itisacommitmentthatmustbecon-tinuedandstrengthenedoverthenextyears.

Insummary,webelievethatGlobanthastak-en the right path, seeking a holistic view ofsustainability,andwith thesupportofseniormanagement,itwillcometofruition.Wehavemuchworkahead,andwehaveourteamcom-mitmenttocontinuedownthispath.

Asforthedialoguewithourstakeholders,weworkonsystematizingtheprocessestomakebetteruseofthecollectedinformation.Forthisreasonin2013,wefocusedontheadaptationandextensionofdia-logues,tobetterunderstandthedegreeofrelevancethattheseactorsgavetoeachoftheproposedtop-ics(seep.40).

Otherworthnotingpointsof thereportare the in-ternationalawards received by the training program TesteAR. Computer World Honors and Nearshore Americas,bothinstitutionsofthetechnologysectorintheUnitedStates,distinguishedTesteARasoneofthebestcommunityprogramsintheregion.Inregardstocaringfortheenvironment,during2014wewillworktoincorporateadvancedmanagementmodelsallowingamorerigorousdataanalysis.

Globantisseekingtopositionitselfasaworldleaderinsoftwareproductdevelopment.Wewanttopro-videtherightamountofengineering,designandin-novation,takingadvantageofthepotentialoftech-nologiestomeettheneedsofourcustomers.

Ourintegratedapproachrequiresthehighestquali-tyofsoftwareengineering,advancedknowledgeofnewtechnologies,thelatestdevelopmentmethodo-logies and productivity tools, and soundly provenmanagementpractices.

The exponential growthwe had during these firstyearsandthegoalofbeingaglobalplayer,leadsustoplanahealthyandsustainableeconomicperfor-manceovertimeforthenextdecade.

Similarly,thecreationofnewdevelopmentcentersincitiesaroundtheworldgeneratesanindirecteco-nomicimpact,which,ifwellmanaged,canbeverypositiveforthecommunitiesinwhichweoperate.

GlobantisaB2B(business-to-business)company,thus the opinions and positions of our customersregarding impactsonsustainabilityarekey toourmanagement. They are not only a cornerstone ofourcompany,buttheyconstantlyposenewstrate-gicchallengesinvitingustogrowwiththem.Inthissense,theirsatisfactionandtheexchangeofinfor-mationarecriticaltooursustainabledevelopment.Likewise,anynegativeimpactontheseaspectsmayputthecompanyatrisk.Therefore,dataqualityandprivacyrequireustooperateatlevelsofexcellence.

TheorganizationhasanareaofQualityandCon-tinuous Improvement (QCI) thatmaintains qualitymanagementsystemsbasedonISO9001andCa-pabilityMaturityModel Integration (CMMI), in ad-ditiontocarryingaconstantmeasurementofcus-tomersatisfaction.

Regardingsecurity,ourworkisbasedonISO27001andtheContentDeliveryandSecurityAssociation(CDSA),allowingustomanagethehighestlevelsofglobalcertification.

This aspect is handled through the maintenanceofbothqualityandsafetycertifications,aswellasthrough customer satisfaction indicators and themanagement of information security.Moreover, inthelastyeartheCDSAcertificationwasobtained.

During2013,51incidentsrelatedtosecuritywereregistered among all Globant offices around theworld. None of them involved either unauthorizeddisclosureofinformationordirectsecurityflawsinGlobantinfrastructure.

Most incidentswereassociatedwithlostorstolenmobiledevices insideoroutsideGlobant’soffices.Alllostorstolenitemswereencryptedanddeletedremotely.

Furthermore,thetotalofpossibleincidentsthatin-cludedanapparenttransferofinformationoutsideGlobant’s network were investigated and resultednegative.OnlyonecasecontainedlossofpersonalinformationfromtheGloberinvolved,butnotfromtheclient.

Leveraging new technologies and trends makesGlobant’sdifference.Traditional ITplayersarenotprepared for this new reality. Globant is a uniqueplayerbecauseitcombinesinoneplaceengineeringdesignand innovation.For this reason,oneof themaindistinguishingcharacteristicsofthecompanyistheinnovationofitsprocessesanddevelopments,whichisalsooneofthemostvaluableassetsforourcustomersandtheITcommunity.

Ourgoalisforallourcompanybeinnovativeinallitsactions,processesandareas.Withthatinmind,from Globant Labs - the research and innovationlaboratory-weencouragethoseGlobers,whowishtoexplorenewideasandtechnologies.

Inaddition,wehavebeenorganizingFlipThinking eventsforthepasttwoyears,dealingwithtopicsre-latedtocreativity,innovationandtechnologyledbyleadersinsciences,artsandtheindustry.

PEOPLE TRACKER

Firstinternalprototypeusedtotrackpeopleorthings.Itdeterminesobjectscrossinginfrontofacamera,sothatwheneveranobjectcrossesthatlineinanydirection,itisrecorded.Furthermore,consideringthedirectionittakestowardsthecameraline,thecountermayincreaseorde-crease.

In the futurePeopleTrackerwillhavedifferentkindsofapplicationssuchascapturinghumaninteractionwithinanenvironmentandcollectingstatisticalinformationlikedatamarketing, obtaining consumers’ habits in stores,securityandsurveillance,trafficcontrolandmanyotheruses.

TWEETIT

TweetIT is a Chrome extension that shows tweets inevents,conferences,festivals,workshops,etc.,offeringagreatopportunitytointeractwiththeaudience.Thisap-plicationallowsselectingthelengthoftime(inseconds)atweetisdisplayed,showingtwitpicsandfilteringtweetscontainingwordsfromapreconfigured“blacklist”.

FTE (Fast Title Editor)ManipulatinginformationfromaDNAsequencetomakeacomparativeanalysisisacommonprocedureamongbiotechnology (biology, agronomy, medicine) research-ers.Manuallyediting thesefiles isawasteof timeandgeneratesmanyerrors.Wehavedevelopedanapplicationforautomatingthisprocesssotheresultingdatacanbeusedinphylogeneticanalysisprograms.

Since its creation, Globant founders imagined acompanythatcouldbringskilled jobopportunitieswheretalentis,regardlessofthecityorcountry.Thegoal is tomake it possible for IT professionals toworkforsomeofthelargestcompaniesintheworldand to be trained on the latest technologies andtrends,withouteverleavingtheirhometown.

In2013,wecontinueddevelopingTesteAR,thetrain-ingprogramforyoungpeopleinvulnerablesituationtointegratethemintothelabormarket.Itspurposeistoenhancethetalentpoolofyoungpeoplefacingfewer jobopportunities, so that throughcomputertrainingtheymayhavegreaterpossibilitiestofittheITmarket.Thecourse isoriented towardsmanualtestingofapplications.

Wealsoselectedsocialprojectsthatseektocreateachangeinsociety,thinkinganddevelopingtech-nologicalsolutionssuitable fordifferentpurposes.These initiatives are part of Globant Labs, the in-novationlaboratorywhereGlobersexperimentwithnew technologies and trends. CONTINUING FROM PREVIOUS YEARS

Cuando Llega: We continue supporting andimprovingtheusabilityofthisapplicationformobile devices that allows users of publictransport in thecityofRosario toknow thenumberofminutesuntilthenextbusreachesthestopwheretheyarewaiting.Thisapplica-tionalreadyhasover19,000usersperday. Antarctica: ThesoftwaredevelopmentfortheAirForcetoimprovetheefficiencyandman-agementofinfrastructure,andtheinteractionbetween teamsandmanagers ofMarambioBase, was completed. This application im-provedthecooperationandthe levelofser-vice that Argentine Air Force provides theteamofscientistsworkingtodayatthebase,propellingitsimpressiveworkworldwide.

Volunteering:Thisyearfourglobalcampaignswereconductedwiththeparticipationofover300 Globers. Furthermore, emergency spe-cificneedswereaddressed,suchasthefloodinthecityofLaPlata,thefirstdaysofApril.

TECHNOLOGY FOR THE COMMUNITY

Energy saving inter-site competition: During 2013, we held the first contest of inter-site energy saving by which each of the different development centers compete with each other to see which could further decrease the energy consumption proportionally comparing the results with the same con-sumption last year.This initiative, which achieved recognition as an innovative practice by the Government of the City of Buenos Aires,

not only sought to reduce the energy consumption of the offices, but to raise awareness of its care among the 3,000 Globers that are part of the company.The winners of the year were the offices of Resistencia (province of Chaco, Argentina) and Rosario (province of Santa Fe, Argentina), which managed to decrease consum-tion by 40% per quarter.

Entrepreneurshipistheoriginandspiritofthecom-pany.Itiswhatgivesussignificanceandscale.Theentrepreneurial ecosystem provides growth pros-pects and other successful projects that work asexamplesandsourceofinspiration.

Elevenyears later,Globantcontinues tobeanex-ampleandinspirationformanystartupsthathavethepotentialtobecomejob,innovationandwealthgenerators.

Fromtheoutset, thefoundersunderstoodthatthecompany could not grow alone, isolated from theentire technology ecosystem, and that the globalsectorgrowthwouldcollaboratewiththeexponen-tialdevelopmentofthecompany.

Through its active participation in the EndeavorFoundation and via other activities and organiza-tions,Globantpromotesentrepreneurshipandisanexamplerepresentingasectorstrivingtomakeitswayintheregion.

GlobantfoundersandthewholeTopManagementingeneralcarryoutprojectmentoring,providead-vicetostartups,participateindiscussionsandcon-ductlecturesandpresentationsworldwide.

AtGlobant,wereceiveuniversitystudentsmonthlyfromallovertheworldandwesupportconteststoencourage innovationand reward thebest endea-vors.

In2013,wesupported ImpacteccontestwithSo-cialLabandtheGovernmentoftheCityofBuenosAires,bywhich20finalistprojectswereaccompa-nied through counseling and brainstorming ses-sions. The three finalistswere awardedwith seedcapitalandthewinningprojectwasgrantedaschol-arshipatSingularityUniversity.

Inaddition, throughout theyear, theTopManage-ment of the company donated hundreds of hoursto support the sector entrepreneurial ecosystemthroughtheEndeavorFoundationandotherorgani-zations.

Finally, we received visits from universities andschools during2013, inwhich the entrepreneurialgenewaspromotedandourtestimonialwastold.

Globant has the vocation to lead a technologicalrevolutionfromLatinAmericatotheworldand,10yearsafteritscreation,itmanagedtobeasignifi-cantplayerinthesectorandinbusinessingeneral.Facilitatingthecreationofnewbusinessesandpro-motingwork culture and entrepreneurship are thecornerstonesofthedialogueandarticulationgener-atedwiththepublicsector.

In2013,weworkedwithCESSIand theArgentineSecretariatofIndustrytosecurethesignatureoftheprojecttopromotethesoftwareindustry,inordertoapplyAct26692,enactedinAugust2011.

To date, there are over 300 companies promotedand once Act 26692 becomes operational, newcompanieswillenterthePromotionScheme,underthesenewparameters.

Until the closing date of this report, no collective bargaining agreements representative of the industry activities were identified in any country in which Globant operates.

No significant changes have taken place during 2013 regarding size, structure, equity ownership or supply chain organization, beyond those indicated in G4-10. Globant is a signatory of the Global Compact of the United Nations through its firm IAFH. The principles of the Global Compact of the United Nations are applied to the whole orga-nization, and the progress reporting communication is made on behalf of Globant. The organization supply chain can be conceptualized as follows.
