    Plan to ease stress

    Planning your study schedule andmaking sure you try and revisea little every day will take awaysome o the stress associatedwith studying or exams.

    Think positive

    Having negative thoughts aboutyour abilities and ocusing onwhat you dont know is stressul.Think positively and be confdent inyoursel beore going into an exam.

    Fuel your brainChoose resh oods that boostyour energy and concentrationlevels such as wholegrains, nuts,fsh, berries and yoghurt. Try to steerclear o a quick sugary fx (althoughits ok to indulge with a little bit ochocolate every now and then).

    Take a break

    Whether its making a cuppa, chatting with riends or

    amily or going or a run, its important to schedule regularbreaks away rom your study. That way you eel morerereshed when you sit back down with your books.
