He attended the University of Texas and gradu- ated with degrees in Plan II and Business. At UT, Josh led worship at churches, retreats, and other events, and was the team leader for Young Life (a Christian mentor program) at Reagan High School. He currently helps run a program aimed at improv- ing education for low-income families. Josh and his fiancée, Natalie, were married June 9 th and are excited to join the community at the SHPC Brodie Campus. Have you signed up yet for… FAMILY FUN DAY! Recently we’ve had an in-crease in calls to the churchoffice — from SHPC folkgetting emails that appear tobe from SHPC friendsstranded far away.

They’re NOT. Not real email, not fromyour friends, and no one’s stranded. This isa new form of virus-spawned SPAM. Aswith other suspicious email, please deletethese without opening them. Thanks!

A different kind ofstudy is coming for our summer true stu-dents. Along with Wes' Wild Wednesdaysin August and the Summer Movie Club wewant you to know about OperationScrewtape… a deep look at C.S. Lewis'master work called the The ScrewtapeLetters. Please Join Jonathan Slaughterand member of the true Team as we readand discuss what is going on here!
