Dear Friend:
The Fall 2013Yakima Valley Senior Expo is set for Tuesday
October 22, 2013 and as an advertiser in the Senior Times or
previous Expo participant we want to give you rst choice of your
booths location. As you probably know,we almost sold out last
year and expect to ll up again this year.
This is the senior trade show that delivers the traic! Our
commitment to marketing and advertising is what makes us dierent
and what delivers the crowds of seniors looking at your product or
service. We have a strong ad budget again this year, and will, once again, supplement our marketing program with an extended radio
campaign.
The Senior Expo will feature products and services from up to 50
area businesses and social service agencies in a trade show format.
We have a number of pre-event marketing plans set which will ll the
Expo with active, interested senior buyers ... anxious to talk with
you on a face-to-face basis.
We will be running our popular Treasure Hunt promotion -- getting
each of our senior buyers who attend the Expo to visit every booth
in the show.
Please review the attached information and call if you have any
questions. To reserve a space, complete the enclosed application
and return it as soon as possible. (Of course, we will be happy to
bill existing clients.) We will begin offering booths to non-
advertisers soon.
All spaces are reserved on a frst-come, frst-served basis, so
please complete the contract or contact us as soon as possible so
we can reserve your space. Were sure the leads provided will
more than repay your investment.
Thank you; we look forward to helping you market to Yakima area
seniors.
Best regards,
Bruce Smith,
Publisher
