Using a collection of warm colors to design 2013’s new line of Direct motocross gear we have set the bar. Our new V3 gear comes to you in a wide varity of colorcombinations. Also with our helmets receiving 5 stars in it’s saftey review.

These two sets of gear show off our warm color combination. Each of them using colors that advance

towards your eye, we wanted to be able to

give our riders a way to stand out on the track while feeling like they’re

on fire.

COOLCOLORS

Cool colors include blues and greens, and are associated with cool qualities; cool colors tend to recede from the

veiwer.

You’ll be chilling hard in our newst color set of

gear for 2013 in our cool color line. With two more sets of our V3 gear in dif-ferent variations of blue’s, green’s, and violet’s. To the

left is the V3 helmet that is matched with the gear.

ANALOGOUSCOLORS

Color combination based on 3 or 4 adjacent hues on the color wheel, creating a harmonious color scheme.

ex. Orange-Red and Red-Violet and Violet

Along with our warm and cool gear sets we are introducing three limited edition gear sets. The first limited edition set we introduced a color combination never seen before in Direct gear. Using a analogous color combination of Orange-Red, Red-Violet, and Violet we are reaching to our riders to wear it proudly. With the influence of last years breast cancer awer-ness month edition we wanted to bring out a set of gear that relates to the widely used pink without going head over heals with just straight pink. Already out on the track James Stewart rocked the analogous gear in the opening race of the supercross season in Ana-heim.

COMPLEMENTARYCOLORS

Color combination based on hues that lie opposite each other on the color wheel; when used together at highest

intensity they create the highest level contrast.When mixed together in variouse degrees they

We couldnt release the new V3 gear line with out giving our riders theoption of being able to rock their favorite color helmet. We picked two colors from our warm gear and our cool gear and turned them into our complementary line of solid helmets. Now you can have you helmet either match or accent you gear.

SPLITCOMPLEMENTARY

COLORSThe split complementary scheme is a variation of the

standard complementary scheme. It uses a color and the two colors adjacent to its complementary.

ex. Red, Yellow-Green, Blue-Green

Just to mix thing up a little bit we decided to throw three different variations of gloves into the mix.

Each in a single solid color like our new helmet line

we used split complemen-tary colors Red, Yellow-Green, and Blue-Green.

A double split complementary uses two pairs of complements, one apart on the color wheel.

ex, Red, Green, Orange, and Blue.

Another new set of gear is our double split complementary color line. Two different sets of gear using a very unique color combination, one with solid red, and green. And the other using solid blue, and orange. Yet again we give you another way to be able to make yourself stand out on the track and

show your competition why your in first.

Our second set out of our three sets of limited edition gear. We used a triadic color combination and made our selves more unique than ever before. Red, blue, and yellow are our lead designers favorite color combination so we put them together in triadic harmony.
