Auction Process – current status Auction process for the allocation of yearly and quarterly capacity for 2013-

2014 period started officially on the 3rd June;

Pre-qualification period for shippers lasted until 7th June. Qualification window for the yearly capacity auction is currently open and will last until 24th June;

A total of 5 shippers applied for pre-qualification. No reasons received for other active shippers not to participate on the auction process;

The pre-qualification process ran without incidents. At the end of submission window, attention was drawn to 2 shippers, whose paperwork didn’t arrive at CAO offices at the pre-determined deadline. The CAO proceeded though to accept both applications based on the fact that the documents have been properly filled out and sent by e-mail to the CAO (1 shipper) or handed to one of the TSOs directly (1 shipper) in due time;

CAO’s final decision was to pre-qualify a total of 5 shippers, who were accordingly notified following the Info Memo’s provisions;

Comparing to last year’s event, the CAO notes the pre-qualification of one less shipper for the oncoming auctions.

Auction process – next steps The CAO will assess all documentation sent by shippers for qualification for

the yearly capacity products’ auction. All participating shippers will be informed of the outcome of CAO’s assessment by the 25th June. Accredited shippers will be allowed to proceed to the annual auction for capacity bidding;

In case of qualification of any shipper, the CAO will publish the information regarding the bidding price steps for the yearly capacity auctions, in form of a table with 30 price steps, on the 25th June;

Yearly capacity bidding window will be open for two days as from 27th June

The CAO will assess all documentation sent by shippers for qualification for the yearly capacity products’ auction. All participating shippers will be informed of the outcome of CAO’s assessment by the 25th June. Accredited shippers will be allowed to proceed to the annual auction for capacity bidding;

In case of qualification of any shipper, the CAO will publish the information regarding the bidding price steps for the yearly capacity auctions, in form of a table with 30 price steps, on the 25th June;
