SALVATION COMPARISONS

Just as with our financial reporting, Reaching Souls is committed to accountability in our results reporting. Each National Missionary provides a detailed report of his work each

and every month. Those reports are reviewed and verified in meetings with our Regional and National Directors before being sent to our U.S. headquarters. We review each handwritten report so that we can provide in-depth support, correction, training, and encouragement to our workers in the field.

2013 RESULTS

Reaching Souls is unapologetic about its focus on results. Our mission statement guides our decision making process. We are seeking to see as many people come to Jesus in the shortest amount of time and in the most efficient ways possible. We accomplish that mission by applying 2 Timothy 2:2. We are training and equipping the faithful to replicate all over the world.

Our Creator gave us this mission and method and we take each seriously. As a result, reporting the results of what God has done in a real and concrete way is important to us, but we never lose sight of the fact that each individual number we report represents a person that Jesus loves, a life saved from a terrible eternity, and a human being who can now fulfill God’s purpose for their life on earth. What we do is very simple. As you read this, more than 1,000 evangelists, or National Missionaries, are being supported in the mission field by Reaching Souls...and the mission field is right where each evangelist lives, whether that be in Africa, India, or the island nation of Cuba. These evangelists know where to preach, because they’re preaching to their neighbors. There are no such things as language barriers or cultural miscues, because the language and culture is their own. Follow up with new believers is simple and discipleship is natural, because those being saved are their friends, cousins, grandparents, and fellow citizens.

In 2013, these National Missionaries led 5,074,367 people to Jesus and planted 1,965 new churches. Our National Missionaries are truly front line warriors for the Kingdom of Jesus Christ...and they are winning. As the President and CEO of Reaching Souls International, I am honored to call these National Missionaries my co-laborers.

It is also an honor and a privilege to partner with so many givers and goers who invest in Christ’s Kingdom with Reaching Souls. There is nothing more rewarding than advancing His Kingdom with those who share a heart for lost people. Thank you!

ACCOUNTABILITYWe recognize that everything belongs to God. When people choose to invest His resources with Reaching Souls, we have a duty to spend God’s money wisely. For that reason, we carefully evaluate our expenditures to make sure we are investing our resources where they can have the greatest impact.

We also believe in complete transparency. Every year we are audited by an independent accounting firm. The results of that audit are published on our website and hard copies are available upon request.

Reaching Souls is overseen by an independent board of directors that regularly evaluates our income, expenditures, and results.

Because of our commitment to integrity and prudent use of God’s resources, we have been recognized with a 4 Star Rating for financial accountability and reporting by Charity Navigator. This is the highest rating given by Charity Navigator.
