I non-custodial parent is sel-employed or owner (part or ull) o a corporation/partnership, complete and submit 2013- 2014 business/arm supplement orm and submit 2012 corporate/partnership tax return.  IRS Data Retrieval or FAFSA on the Web  I your application is selected or ederal verifcation, you will be required to use the IRS Data Retrieval Tool*  to import your ederal income tax inormation rom the IRS on the FAFSA. I you are unable to use the IRS Data Retrieval Too l* you may provide our ofce with a copy o an ofcial 2012 Tax Return Transcript (this is not a request or a copy o an IRS 1040, 1040A, or 1040EZ  that you fled with the IRS) or bot h yoursel and your parent(s). You will be notifed by our ofce i you have been selected or verifcation by the government and have not completed one o the steps. Failure to comply will result in the prevention o disbursement o all ed- eral unds to your student account and could potentially put you at risk o being charged a late payment ee due  to the resulting unpaid balance. *The IRS Data Retrieval Tool cannot be used until one  to two weeks ater electronically fling a ta x return and six to eight weeks ater fling paper tax returns. You may need to use the Data Retrieval Tool ater your original fling date by submitting a FAFSA correction.  All applicat ion materials are due to our ofce by A pril 15, 2013. Check the student portal oten to view outstanding requests or paperwork and to confrm receipt o all application materials.
