Digital File FAQs :Q) Can we really make prints anywhere we want?A) Absolutely! We’ll even give you a list of our favorite labs online!
Q) Can we still order prints from you?A) Of course! We use an awesome professional lab that produces AMAZINGprints. If you’d like to leave the printing up to us, just let us know!
Q) AQ) Are the photos on my thumbdrive going to be edited?A) Yes! All the photos you receive will be color corrected and ready to print.They are NOT straight out of the camera files. We take the time to make eachimage you see...PERFECT! What you see in your galleryis what will be on your thumbdrive.
Q) So does that mean I own the copyright for my photos?A) Not exactly. What we give you is a license to print your photos anywhere,aanytime. Wendy Z Photography and Sasha Craig Photography retains copyright to all photos. Your license does not include permission to sell, modify or enter your photos into any contests. Let us know if you have any more copyright questions!

The albums we offer are simply amazing! Made of 100% natural leathers, these albums will last longer and are more attractive than bonded-leather covers. The pages lay beautifully flat, with a unique micro-fold that prevents your images from discoloring in the crease. Your images are preserved and printed on the finest Archival paper. Once you feel and see one of these, you will fall “in love”.

Album Pricing & Cover Swatches :We LOOOOOOVE designing albums! Our album style is modern andfun, just like our photography. We only offer modern, flush mount leather albums. Simple and Beautiful! By using lay-flat albumswe are free to tell the story of your day with big photos, panoramic spreads and creative designs. Every album we deliver is one of a kind!
Our collection wedding albums are 10x10 or 12x12 andincludes 20 pages. You can add additional pages at a cost per page.
When it comes to getting your album designed :1. We will ask you to choose 50-75 of your favorite images, keeping in mind that when we create albums, we tell the story of your day from start to finish. We may need more images, but that will be a will be a great starting point.2. From there we will get started on designing each and every page in your album. This initial design time can be up to 15 hours as we personalize each and every album.3. After our initial design, we load it into a program where you can view the pages just like you would be looking at your album. There is a spot for your comments on each page. We use your comments to mold Round 2 of our Design. to mold Round 2 of our Design. We do this usually 3 times before your album is complete.4. We then ask you to choose a leather color and finalize your engraving. 5. As soon as you give us the final approval, your album goes to print.6. It usually takes about 1-2 weeks to get the design perfected and then 2-4 weeks in production.

the “first look” bride and groom session :
Waaaaaay back in the days of pre-arranged marriages - when marriage was a business deal between families - brides and grooms werenever allowed to see (or even meet!) each other before the wedding. This was so the groom wouldn’t have time to back out of thewedding if he happened to find the bride unattractive or unappealing. Over the years, the tradition of the “bride in hiding” changed intoa superstition and seeing each other before the wedding was considered to be “bad luck.” Nowadays, though, this “tradition” is beingkicked to the curb by modern, photo-lovin’ brides and grooms everywhere.
The bride and groom get ready separately, just like “normal.” When both are dressed and ready, we take the groom to a place with great light and get ready to snap away! The bride is sent in and the groom turns to see her as she’s walking up. At that moment, you will completely forget we are there, but we’ll be capturing every smile, every tear, every laugh and eevery kiss. Chances are, the “first look” photos will end up being some of your favorites from the entire day! Bad luck? That’s soooooo 19th century!

frequently asked questionsQ) We don’t need an engagement session.Can we take that out of the package?A) Sure! Taking the engagement session outof the basic package brings the price downby $150. Please note...you will lose the option for a super-cool reception guest book, or “S“Save the Date” cards since we won’t havephotos to use. Honestly, it is a great time for us to get to know each other so we are comfortable with each other on your big day.
Q) Can I make prints with the Thumbdrive that’s included in the collections? A) Absolutely! All the photos on your thumbdriveaare high resolution, edited and ready to print.You can make prints anywhere you’d like andwe’ll give you a list of places we recommend.
Q) Can I drop a few hours from my packageto save some cash?A) You can drop hours, but it won’t save youany money, If you would like anything less than 6 houthan 6 hours, We can bill you at an hourly rateof $400/hour, but you will lose the financial benefits of being in a collection. If you need to book by the hour, you may choose additionalitems from our A La Carte pricing.
Package Questions :
Q) Do you mind if our family members takephotos at the wedding and reception?A) Of course not! Tell Aunt Susie to snapaway all she wants! We will never tell yourfamily to put their cameras away. Just know thata flash from someone’s camera may cause us to miss an unmiss an unforgettable moment.
Q) We have a break in between our ceremonyand our reception. Can we break up our hours?A) Our basic package includes 6 consecutivehours of coverage, which means even if there isa break, we’ll only be on the clock for 6 hours.If you need additional hours, you can add themon to on to your package for $400 per hour.
Q) What if our reception runs later than weexpected? Can you stay ‘til the very end to capture our grand exit?A) Of course we can! If we stay more than30 minutes late, though, you will be billed forovertime and no proofs will be posted untilthe the overtime has been paid in full. Our hourlyrate for overtime is the same as our pre-paidrate for extra hours ($400 per hour.)
Q) We definitely want to book you! What’s the next step?A) Awesome! We’re excited to work with you! To officiallybook us, you’ll have to fill out our online contract and pay a non-refundable booking fee of 1/3 your collection price.As soon as those two things are in, you’re BOOKED! YAY!
Q) It might take us a couple of months to get the bookingffee saved up. Can you pencil us in?A) Unfortunately, no, we can’t. The only way to reserve yourdate with us is to submit our online contract and pay the booking fee.
Q) When is our remaining balance due?A) Your remaining balance in two further installments...45 days out and then your last payment is due 15 days before yyour wedding date. A reminder will be sent out via email tohelp keep you on track. We will not perform any serviceson your wedding day without all payments made,so mark it on your calendar!
Q) Can we pay our final payment after the wedding?A) The only payments that can be made after the weddingpayments for additional products or album pages. The rest of of your package has to be paid no later than 15 days before your wedding.
Q) Can I pay with a credit card? A) Sure! Send us an email and we’ll let you know how! You can also pay by check or with your PAYPAL account.

Q) Do we have to add albums nowor can we order them later?A) You order your initial album thatis included in your collection when you reserve your date. If you would like to add more pages after yousee see your images, you certainly can.You can also order albums later for parents and grandparents!
