Chantal booked her first tour, during her lunch breaks, while training at The London School of Contemporary Dance, with support from Traolach O‘Fionnáin, Donegal Arts Officer and Melanie Scott, Tipperary Arts Officer. “The Purpose“ Fidget Feet‘s first full length, self-funded production, sup- ported by Albany Theatre, London and toured Ireland extensively. “Pixelation” created and performed in Donegal, 7 days later Jym and Chantal marry and then tour the show to Firkin Crane, Cork. Circus becomes a recognised art form by the Arts Council of Ireland. “Raw“ commissioned by and premiered at Clonmel Junction Festival. First show to receive funding from Culture Ireland to perform at Edinburgh Fringe Festival, produced by Dance Base and Richard Wakely. “Snow Queen“ Fidget Feet’s first Christmas show, produced by and premiered at An Grianán Theatre, tours to Civic Theatre, Dublin and GB Shaw Theatre, Carlow. First crane performance at Clifden Arts Festival. Donegal County Council commission first full-length crane show “Wired and Free“ and premiere in Ballyshannon. Our work includes touring indoor and outdoor venues nationally and internationally, r an ging from indoor venues, outdoor crane and vertical dance performances around iconic Irish landmarks, shows for young audiences, community development regionally, professional development through establishing Ireland’s first aerial dance festival and Ireland’s first Irish Aerial Creation Centre.
