Health Ball Memorial Hospital.
The church office will be on an abbreviated schedule December 24 - 27. If
you have a pastoral emergency, contact Rev. Colby at 716-3488.

MISSION GIVING UPDATE . . .
"Salvation Army - Thanks to all who signed up to take time out of their busy schedule to ring bells, either December 21 or 24.
"Endowment Fund Giving - From the endowment fund disbursement for Missions & Benevolence, the following disbursements have been
made: Christian Ministries, $500; Hazelwood Christmas Box Project, $500; Gift cards for the residents at Christian Ministries Sleeping Room, $400.
"MARK YOUR CALENDAR: Christian Ministries Sleeping Room ~ Hazelwood will be providing two meals per day, January 12-18. We need your
help. Prayerfully consider helping. Sign up will begin Sunday, December 29, during Coffee Fellowship.
"Muncie Mission: Mark your calendar now, for 'Walk-A-Mile in My Shoes,' the Mission's annual fundraiser, Saturday, February 8, 2014. We will 'kick' this
event off on Sunday, January 12, 2014. You can sign up to walk, or to sponsor one of the walkers with a donation.

Thank you to all the parents that attended our Christmas Programs. The children were adorable as they sang songs about Jesus’ birth, danced and
recited their memory verses. Thank you to Fran Kirk for baking cookies for our programs, as well as all the parents that provided cups, cookies, and
juice. Thank you to Rev. James Petty for playing the piano, it was beautiful!

Look for the Aldi sticker on the front page of the Sunday Star. If you do not use it, please bring it in to Rev. James.
The coupons can be used to purchase juice and snacks for the preschool and youth meetings.

Don’t forget to look for cards that have been given to you
in the two Christmas Card Boxes, located in the Rotunda.
You may also distribute cards you wish to give to other members of
Hazelwood, by placing them in the Christmas Card Boxes.
Judy Thomas has pepper jelly for sale. She has “hot, hot” red
and “hot” green, $3.50 each. Contact Judy at 288-4503.
Proceeds to be placed in the Women’s Organization fund, which
will be closed out and funds given to the Church General Fund.
