Radomes and protective covers for electronic equipment
Radomes : from polyester to PVC sheeting
On-site interventionBeing a "field" team, BMP works on-site, for example, for the delivery, assembly,
installation or repairs of large-scale design elements. Our technicians have N1/N2
certification for high level work and accreditation for platforms and telescopic forklift truc.

Autonomy of the entire production processFrom design office to manufacture, BMP is able to provide the entire
product process: studies, constructing models of up to 10 meters in size,
with moulds in vinylester, polyester or epoxy as required.
BMP has been manufacturing custom made parts, singly or as a series,
for 20 years.
Composite laminates: polyester, vinylester, reinforced material with
glass fibre, flax fibre, carbon or aramid fibre (Kevlar ™).
Plastic boiler-making: Technical parts (standard, high density, anti-
static) from thermoplastic plate or profile (tube, bar, rod, angle iron, etc.):
PP (polypropylene), PVC, PE (polyethylene), PMMA (Plexiglas ™),
polycarbonate, PETG, PVDF etc.
On-site preventive maintenance of equipment.
Repair or transformation in our workshops or on-site
Specialised in the manufacture of composite material structures,
especially in polyester resin, epoxy, fibre glass ; we can effectively
produce models, moulds and very large complex monolithic or sandwich
structures.

Fulfilment of commitments / Handling of emergenciesOur aerospace, defence, space, telecommunications and major industrial customers have
given us the culture of fulfilled commitments. We pay special attention to our customers
confronted with severe challenges: personal safety for employees or clients : a responseteam is mobilised within an hour of a request.
Users order radomes in polyester or epoxy from habit. BMP also offers the
possibility of constructing radomes and protective covers for antennae in
plastic sheeting without investing in a mould. We can provide you
beforehand with samples of material for measuring electromagnetic
transparency.
