When people ask why I began Metropolis Soap Company I usually tell them "it's from the fear of being the smelly kid in class." It's partially true! I've always had a love of cosmetic and skincare products...and possibly a compulsive fear of being...well...the smelly kid. My skin has long been a source of stress and eembarrassment, so when I began working on the formulas that we use for our soaps, I never thought I would find the cure for not only my face, but so many of our customers', too.
Metropolis Soap Co. is the fruit of over 10 years of research, planning, and testing. All of our products have ingredients that stand by our ethos:

Our products are gentle enough for all skin types because we avoid synthetic ingredients, which can be irritating to the skin, as well as maintaining a vegan philosophy; to ensure our products are non-comodegenic.
