2 Kind of hard to use it with my customers since it's on my laptop. Anything theyneed, I just send them the URL to it in support.emc.com. Now if they coulddownload Yebo... :-)

There's too many docs thataddress the same topic with varying levels of depth - that needs attention toreduce duplication and enable information to be located faster.

85 I think I need to use it more to be more critical, but a if there is a search optionI've not found it and that would be really helpful. I think it needs to be promoted abit more also - I found the link to this tool buried in a nest of comments for someissue I was looking up in the EMC one community forums. I have since sent it onto a few colleagues who also find it useful. If possible it would be good to havetoolbar or bubble notification on content additions - a little popup on the tool barto say if something has been added - often I have my laptop on for days justputting it into sleep mode and up again the next day - if I have closed Yeebothen I may not access it again for a week or more until I power up my laptopagain and it opens automatically, then I will have a look at the content log. Mightbe useful to have these reminders.

For example, HP Product Bulletin was a tool thatI used every day when I was at HP, this happened because it had detailedpictures/drawings of the hardware, compaibility info, usage examples... In manycases Yebo is already a step ahead (Design, video contentm etc) although, Imust say that in terms of informational content that most employees need tosearch on a daily basis, HP Product Bulletin was the best tool I have ever used...HP Product Bulletin is a free tool that anyone can access through web or as anapp through google, try it so you can better understand what I am trying toexplain.

6 Although I get the concept and knowing where the files are might encouragefolks to try to manually manage what's part of Yebo and what isn't, not knowingat least how much capacity it takes will discourage people who have limitedcapacity remaining on laptop. If the capability to choose which products toinclude is added, please consider some way to display the storage used byproduct. i.e. I may not care much about VFcache, but if it doesn't eat too muchspace, I might keep it.

I cameacross this tool quite by accident, I am not in sales, I'm an Associate SolutionsArchitect for global services and this tool has helped me to keep on top ofrecently released information about products that are not particularly myspeciality but are related to my field - as technology is converging and becomingmore interdependent we need to know about those products that are peripheralto our focus. The content log is great because I can pick out somethinginteresting to me - like today I looked at the "VNX Best Practice Foundations"
