I believe in individuals banding together for a higher purpose. Some people don’t like organizations. But it is always awesome to me when you can pool a lot of people who have so many talents. That’s when you can really make your program move.

NORMS WHAT IS THE EXPECTED BEHAVIOR OF EACH TEAM
MEMBER?
Norms are standards or
expectations of conduct that guide
the behavior of the team
members.
Norms is a way of saying "this is
what we normally expect to see
happen, but we do understand
that occasionally circumstances
may cause you to perform outside
the norm".
Norms tend to result in conformity
