Bill Belzner, MA, MMHS (Masters inManagement of Human Services)has worked in behavioral health inNew Mexico for more than twentyyears. He is currently the Directorof Behavioral Health (for thesecond time) at PresbyterianMedical Services (PMS) in Santa Fewhere he manages twenty-twoprograms employing over 150direct service professionals. These programs include seven
Core Service Agencies, sixCommunity Mental Health Centers,
and six School-Based HealthCenters, mostly co-located withPMS’ 38 Community HealthCenters.
In between his stints at PMS, heserved as the Deputy CEO of theNM Behavioral HealthCollaborative for three years, andthe Executive Manager of theAging & Long-Term ServicesDepartment for an additional threeyears, where he managed AdultProtective Services and Consumer& Elder Rights, among otherprogram units. Somewhere alongthe line he even served as DeputySuperintendent and Chief
Operating Officer of the Santa FePublic Schools for four years.

Psychiatric RehabilitationProgram at University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey - School of HealthRelated Professions. Peggy hasbeen involved in the mentalhealth field since 1977
personally and professionallysince 1986. Peggy worked asan occupational therapist in avariety of settings providingwellness and recovery focusedservices. Peggy has lecturednationally and internationallyon recovery and wellness andconsumer-operated servicesand completed doctoral work at
New York University, in theOccupational Therapy Program.Peggy has published on thewellness and recovery model,consumer operated services, acommentary on a cognitivebehavioral treatment forpersons diagnosed with mentalillness who experience PTSD,and peer delivered wellnessand recovery programs.
