thinksshortbarrelsburnpowderatdieringrates;ithatweretrue,thevelocitieswoulddieronthelongerbarrel

as well.Also,inmostcases, theastestloadoutoashortbarrelwillbetheastedloadoutoalongbarrel.Adding

barrellengthonlyincreases velocity, whichtranslatestoincreasedrange. Iyouhaveabarrellengthmaximum,but

requiregreaterterminalballistics,choosingalargerroundmaybeagoodanswer. Therearetoomanyanecdotes to

listhere.Ilikethesaying,Overkillisanoxymoron,therearemanylevelsowounded,butonlyonelevelodead.
