Allow students to do warm up exercise followed by a full body stretch.
Engage in laps at a jogging pace followed by a full body stretch
Materials Needed1. Balls & Sticks2. Cones & Disc3. Playing Area4. P.E. Gear5. Whistle
Objectives1. Perform various exercises
for fitness development2. Improve playing form
Divide class into sports groups then into performance teams. All groups will do team sports. Hockey group will be in grass zone
Briskly divide into sports groups and groups of five. Each sport group has a specific area where they will work.
Notes The five top sports of dominance in our school and country are Athletics, Basketball, Cricket, Football and Netball. These sports are done with special emphasis placed on active participation
SkillsDiscussing, Warming Up, Getting Started, Preparing for the activity
Each team area will have a different sport with teams competing for a win.
Participate in the game focusing on participating in the not only winning. Team games have no rules yet.
ReinforcerReasons for doing the various activities done.
Allow students to do cool down exercise at the end of each activity. Ensure deep breath stretches are done.
At the end of each activity each group will engage in their cool down activity and stretches.

Notes and ReviewIntense preparation requires intense
safety. Safety first.

Players in these sports go to the highest level and even use it as gainful employment.
