The Board would like to thank this homeowner for pointing out our accidental oversight, and we will ensure that the Association's landscapers continue to cut grass in Cameron Knoll per our covenants. That said, the problem of complaints about damaged plants and shrubs as a result of landscapers coming onto homeowner's private property remains. The contractors will be as careful as possible, but if you have flowers or other plants within one foot of the edge of the grass, you may want to consider moving them back. Having consulted the Association's attorneys, we are hereby notifying all homeowners that the Association is not responsible for damage done by mowers to plants that are not moved. Re: Grass Cutting - CORRECTION

Dear Cameron Knoll Homeowners:

After sending our initial notice to the neighborhood about the grass cutting, a long-time Cameron Knoll homeowner reached out to the Board, having discovered that the last line of Article V, Section 1 of our Declaration of Covenant and Restrictions states:

The Association shall also cut the grass on the Lots provided that the Lot shall not have been enclosed by the Owner by fence or otherwise.

If you have any questions, please contact Rice Property Management at (703)763-1662 or [email protected].

Sincerely,

Cameron Knoll Board of Directors
